Golly shook his head having no problem with her vice. He looked down at the cigarettes, then slowly moved his eyes back up to her face. "It's odd" he started smiling only just, "to hear someone say my first name...it seems only my mother has done that lately." He was usually addressed formally, or he'd slink into the background to avoid recognition at all.

"Hmm," Drama replied, striking a match to light her cigarette and taking a long drag off of it. Turning, she blew the smoke away from him, then smiled at him, her green eyes sparkling. "Well, I think the last thing I want to do is remind you of your mother..." Leaning closer to him, she could smell the woodsy scent of him and she smiled, her lips drifting next to his ear as she lowered her voice. "...Officer McLean."

Golly swallowed hard trying to keep himself calm. She was so close, he could feel her breathing, and smell the faintness of perfume with a touch of tobacco. He silently cursed the goosebumps visible on his arms. "Trust me.." his voice was a bit shaky and he took a deep breath to steady it, "you ain't nothin' like my mother Drama"

"Hmm..." Drama mused, allowing her hand to come to rest on his forearm. She was making him nervous but she assumed it was in a good way, since her didn't shrink away from her. "How's that?"

Golly glanced down at her hand...clamped down right on top of those wretched goosebumps! "Well.." he started slowly licking his dry lips as he tried to figure how to proceed "shes quite...matronly." Golly shifted around in his seat, turning to see if anyone was even in the balcony - he didn't want to look a fool, or inappropriate for that matter. Seeing an elderly couple a few rows behind he looked at her accusingly, finally getting some nerves."You sure know how to work a guy don't you?"

She tilted her head and looked at him with a little smile. The elderly couple was of no concern to her, they were a couple rows back and couldn't see anythign except for Golly and Drama's heads and they were engrossed in the show now going on, on stage. Dragging her hand along his arm so her fingers came to rest on his hand she winked at him, "I didn't think you were mindin' Golly," Leaning forward again she whispered, "If you do...I'll stop."

Golly leaned away this time, not going to fall for that again. "I wasn't! Ah I mean, I do mind..." His words were fumbled and rushed. "It's jus'...Drama we're in the bloody theater and theirs people!" He sighed and moved the hand that she wasn't touching up to his forehead. "What happened to not wantin' to ruin my reputation, hmm?" This woman was unbelievable; half of him was excited, the other was reserved both giving conflicting messages on what to do and how to react.

"Maybe I was lyin'," Drama arched an eyebrow at him, partly amused by his embarassment, but not wanting to make him uncomfortable. Shrugged she dropped her hand and leaned back in her chair. "I told you I'd stop if it made you uncomfortable I just wonder..." She looked at him out of the corner of her green eyes, taking a long drag off of her cigarette. "...where's your sense of adventure?"

"I left it in my childhood along time ago" He retorted sitting back in his own chair. He pulled his arms in and crossed them over his chest. A comedy act was on stage and he turned his attention to it, it was what he came there for. However he couldn't focus, unsure what the plot line even was so without facing her he mumbled, "I wasn't uncomfortable you know..." It was a lie, but not having her toying with him made him realize that he had enjoyed it.

"Really?" Drama said with an arch of her eyebrow. Turning in her seat she studied his profile. He was staring straight ahead, trying to act like he was paying attention, but she could tell that he wasn't. "Well maybe..." She shifted slightly closer and lowered her voice again, "...maybe you need to find it again." She tapped him once, lightly on the knee as she spoke, then dropped her hand and turned back to face front.

Golly hummed and twitched a little when she lowered her voice and tapped his leg, but kept looking head on. He gnawed on his lower lip trying to to give the reaction she was looking for. After a moment, and a slightly raw lip Golly tilted his head back to see her. "Ever been on a horse?" He asked, somewhat ignoring her comment.

"A time or two," Drama replied, continuing to look at the stage, though a smile played across her lips. "As I recall it wasn't neccessairly the best experience for either myself of the horse."

"That doesn't really surprise me," Golly smirked watching the little smile on her lips. He started to drum his fingers lightly on the armrest contemplating if he wanted to ask her or not. Eventually he shrugged coming to a decision. "Since you haven't let me watch much there ain't a reason to stay. Vanora's outside if you want a ride..." His eyebrow raised slightly waiting for her response.

Though her face didn't show it, Golly had just surprised her. She took another long drag off her cigarette, finally putting it out as she blew out the smoke and turned to face him. He was just as sincere as he sounded, looking at her hopefully. "Alright," She said finally. "But if the horse doesn't like me, don't say I didn't warn ya."

Golly couldn't help but grin - momentarily anyways. Half of him expected her to just roll her eyes and dismiss the suggestion. "She's as sweet as they come, practically a pony, you shouldn't have one lick of trouble." He stood, pulling his coat and cap back on before throwing the strap of his satchel over his head. He held a hand out to help her out of her chair.
