Slick walked up to the stoop with a grin on her face "Hey guys! I finnaly made my desicion about where I'm stayin' . . .Queens"

Alley jumped like four feet in the hair. Actually that was an exageration but still. Slick scared her. "Gosh don't do that to a person." Her hand lay on her blade on her waist.

Alley relaxed a little her hand finally moving away from her concealed blade. "Just a tad but i'm jumpy anyways. Glad you choose Queens as a place to live." She smiled at Slick.

"Ise always jumpy. Ise don't like when people sneak up on me that's all." She looked at Dusty for a little help. "Don't worry 'bout it i'll be fine." She smiled she faked it but she did.

"Oh, OK I'se ganna head up to da bunks good night" she smiled and walked inside she was tired she spent the last cuple of days trying to find a place to stay she was glad to have a bed now.

Dusty shot Slick a look that said 'don't go there girl!' and turned away slightly. She pulled her legs up to her chest and lay her head on her knees, surveying the two of them.

Alley looked at Slick and mentally cursed herself. "nothin' wrong Slick." She lied and hoped she did a good job at it she really didn't want to go through it all again. "Ise better go. I don't want Prince to catch me here of anythin'. I'll see ya around Dusty." She stood up to leave.

During the night, the door of the Queens Lodging House was bare.
No one was seen around it durning the night...
but when the sun came up, a piece of paper could be seen--
a bulletin.
It read:
