Aria woke up from her sleep to the handsome face of Clarence. "Mmm...have you been up long?" She spoke dreamily, still half asleep. She kissed his chest gently and layed there, looking up at him from where she lay. She was content, for the first time in a long time.

" No, I aint been up too long" he replied.
"I was actually just sittin here, eh, enjoyin' my self."
He kissed the top of her head and relaxed back into a comfortable position.

Aria smiled and sat up a bit, resting in his arms. "And what were you enjoying, mon cher?" Her french accent was a bit thicker, as it always was when she first woke up. "I'm glad you're still here..."

"Well, I'm on vacation, don't really have anywhere to go, so I figured I would stay."
He wrapped his arms around her
"I just been here layin' around, thinkin bout work, how much my rent is,...you."
He looked into her eyes then, his own spilling over with love.

Aria smiled and kissed him then. "I always needed a bodyguard..." She poked him playfully, clear that she was kidding. "Glad you are on vacation though...things are going to get dirty soon, I fear..."

"Yea, I gotta enjoy it while it lasts."
Things were about to get real messy and he'd probaly be tied up in all this police business for the next few weeks.
"As for the bodyguard, I'll have to think about it. How much am I gettin' payed?"
He flashed one of those grins again.

She nodded. "Yeah ya do. But I'll be around to help you. You'll end up here a lot, I fear, dropping off kids"
Aria smiled and kissed him seductively. "If you are my bodyguard you get a free bed. And meals...and the company of me.."

He kissed her again this time wih a hint of mystery on his tongue.

Aria smiled. "Good..because I'm not going to let you go so easily.." She stood up, her silk night gown clinging to every one of her curves. "Would you like some breakfast?"

Ariannette heard knocking at the door backstage. Sound carried well in the building. "Seems that someone wants me." She sighed and threw on a robe. "Feel free to come down, cher.." She kissed him deeply and headed downt he stairs.

He figured it was just the stage manager coming to tell her to prepare. He threw on his shirt and attached his badge to the front. He had a little bit of work to take care of before his vacation started, so he decided to go and say good-bye to Arianette. He ran acomb through his hair and headed towards the backstage door.
