Flanna sighed, rubbing her face gently. "I know, Ethan. I know. I just...let me try and figure this out on my own, okay?" She brushed her fingers over his cheek gently. "I know you want to help me."

He frowned a bit but he didnt want to argue with her. Specially over something like this.. not that it wasnt small or big, just.. he didnt want to. he sighed a bit and nodded. 'alright...'He looked down then back at her. "Alright, but come to me if you need anything "he said.

Flanna squeezed his hand, nodding. She was thankful he wasn't fighting her on this. "I will, you know that Ethan." She bit her lip, smiling softly. "Please don't be uspet with me."

Flanna smiled and curled up next to him, watching the water quietly. She was happy with her life. She finally had a life again--that was important. "...what have you been up to lately?"

"Well..'He said. "Ive been trying to get a new job... something to help around.. bring in some more money..."He said, "Im a bartender Monday Thursday and friday 'he said. "and On the weekends I help load up ships"he said, 'I figured that way the faster wecan save money the faster ..."He shrugged. "well.. "he stopped again. "Just we'll have money for the future"

Flanna smiled. "That sounds like interesting work...shame women can't do that sort of thing." She kissed his shoulder gently. "Just don't overwork yourself. You don't need to worry about our future--I've done with less for much longer."

He shrugged Ethan was the type that needed to do things. It was a way of saving money up as well as keeping him busy. Though he wasnt a work a holic and he had plenty of time afterwards to spsend with flanna, he just needed something to do during the day. "Ill be fine"He said, "and I know, "he said, though he wanted to give her more. Like she deserved.

He looked up at her. "Im no sad"he said and gave her a smile. It wasnt somethig he did often at all, but he knew she liked it when he smiled. "How bout your day?"he asked, his hand moving through her dark tresses.

Flanna smiled back brightly. She really did love it when he smiled. "It was okay...I didn't do much today. The rain kept me from selling." She shrugged. "Baked some bread...thats about it."
