Why's she called dip- Nickname given by her brother and coworkers for method of theiving. Does her handiwork and dips down to get her prize.
History- Just another orphan. May possibly become a newsie, but the theiving is working out best for her now. Doesnt want to give the newsies a bad name...

Personality- Nice enough, once you get to know her. A good friend, not too much of a mean girl. She just does what she has to do to survive, and if that means fight, so be it.
