Due to people not seeing/reading this rule correctly, I just want to remind people of Rule #2:
2. You must PM adminand request a borough, a title if not a newsie, an apartment if not living in an LH, and also if you want to be a canon character. You may not post until you have been placed!
DO NOT POST UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN PLACED!!! I know this message is a bit harsh, but this is a problem that is becoming more and more of a problem.
I will start deleting threads, regardless if you have posted with someone or not if this rule continues to be ignored.
This is just to keep us all on board, and so that everyone knows where people stand!
