Sean was born October 3, 1881. His mother died in childbirth and his father abandoned him before his first birthday. He was raised in an orphanage where he was badly mistreated until finally running away at the age of 10. He fell in with a gang of thieves, starting first as a pick-pocket and gradually working his way up to burglary. While in jail for a robbery gone wrong, he met some boys that were involved in a secret society that were fighting British injustice. Once released, he decided to throw his lot in with them. While trying to help a farmer who was being evicted from his land, he ended up shooting and killing a British agent. Now wanted for murder, Sean was forced to flee the country to spend the rest of his life in exile, far from his beloved Ireland.
Personality
Passionate and reckless. Has a very hot temper, which gets him into trouble, but years of fighting for everything have left him more than able to handle it. Doesn't trust people, as he has been betrayed more times than he can remember. Likes to be where the action is, as it helps to keep his mind off things he'd rather forget. Can be very charming when he wants to be. Has a lot of insecurities and longings that he tries, mostly successfully, to keep very well hidden. Is actually quite the sensitive dreamer, but feels that its a weakness and is often angry with himself over it. Can be trusted, and is fairly easy to get along with as long as you don't try to get to close. Is always ready for a drink, fight, and/or dance, and has no trouble charming what he wants out of the girls. Loves a good tune, and is always ready to play a reel on his fiddle or sing a ballad, especially when he's been drinking.
