HISTORY

Molly was born on a winter day on the boarder of Scotland and England in a traveling group of Irish that left their homeland after the famine known as the Pavee -- Pikey's to most. She traveled all over England and Scotland with her family until the trouble came.

She doesn't know what the trouble time actually was, her mother never said. Even as she shoved her into a crate to get her to London, or even as she was put by another family member on a boat to America. To this day she does not know what the trouble time was.

In America she found herself in New York with a carpet bag, some tarot cards and a pocket full of money. It was enough to eat for awhile and she went looking for a job. She worked at a factory for awhile, then she moved on from that to helping a woman in a bakery before she found selling papers. She is always moving from one thing to the other and though now she's helping out at the bakery again she still lives at the lodging house.

She's been there for awhile now, but more often lately than she used to be.

PERSONALITY

She's a contradiction, different in many ways. She speaks the language of her people but knows English very well and if she wants someone to think she is slow she will ramble at them in Shelta. Other than that she's actually laid back, she can scowl and complain with the best of them and is very unapologetic for herself.

After all she's a gypsy in most terms. She's a cynic with a good mix of mysticsm in her that is always coming into conflict with herself often enough. She's stubborn to a fault and yes, she is Irish but won't admit it for some reason. She's proud to be a traveler.
