It was there that she was discovered by Collin or Red Russiani, and he pointed her in the direction of Queens where he said Avalanche would take her in, which is exactly what happened. Once there she learned how to behave like a boy, and adopted the name “Mark Andrew Saunders.” And yet, everyone still refers to her as Prince. The Prince of Queens. Eventually Avalanche left for personal and financial reasons, and Prince took over the borough in his leave. She was in charge until recently when she realized that it was perhaps time to move on. She handed the reigns of Queens over to Chris "Styx" Kennedy, and is currently hoping for employment at Caprice Hall in Queens. PERSONALITY

A tomboy at best, Prince is someone who is often taken lightly, but shouldn’t be. She will defend her honor, and the honor of Queens until she dies if it would require it of her. She’s smart, has a quick tongue, and tends to ramble and talk in circles when she speaks. She realizes this, however has never done much to fix it. She treats new comers to New York with the upmost respect, yet will never ask them invasive questions realizing long ago this was not something you should do to a person.

To her newsies, she’s like a mother, and they love her and keep her safe as such. Prince does not flirt, she’s not even sure she knows how. She will back down from a fight if the odds are obviously stacked against her, she’s not going to go barreling in like a boy (or a Brooklyn kid) which is what truly separates her from the male species. She’ll be happy to talk, laugh and joke with you. However, take note and never, never, never call her a Princess.

Her eyes are green, she’s about 5’7”, and used to have 2ft. long brown hair. However recently she cut it all off, but it is now starting to grow back, and will continually be tucked up in her hat to continue the illusion that she is a boy. On top of that she recently acquired a corset to help hide her girlish figure, especially in the warmer months. She keeps up this illusion because she claims that being a boy outside of the lodging house will get her more respect, and she’d be correct. People do treat her differently thinking she is a boy, and in many ways she’s safer. However, lately, she’s started to long to once more be the girl she was meant to be. She wishes to leave the corset behind, allow her hair to be down, and (God forbid) walk around New York in a dress once again. However, due to circumstances beyond her control she cannot do this, and refuses to behave in any girlish way out in public. She has the vocal tone, can walk the walk, and has the actions down to perfection. If you haven’t met her before, you will assume she is a boy, until she tells and shows you differently.
