Real Name: Charlotte Palmer
Age: 16

History: Smalls grew up on the streets of Brooklyn, a runaway when she was only six. She knows exactly who her parents are, and that they are still alive, but thus far has told anyone who asks that they're dead. She probably would have died her first winter if it hadn't been for meeting Lucky, and the two have looked out for each other ever since.

About a year ago Smalls left New York for Jersey, but only spent a few months there before Brooklyn called her back. There she met Joe, who showed up in New York too a few months after she'd arrived back.

Her personality is fairly typical of Brooklyn, she's outspoken, crude, and always ready for a fight. She loathes children and let's then know it, and feels any kid on the street better be as tough as nails if they want to survive.

Appearance: Short, blonde, green eyes, cap.
