Reserved for the richest of the rich, curious newsies can sneek a peek and catch glimpes of the higher-ups. Who knows, maybe you may even be invited in if you catch someone's interest.

Celestia had had a very hard day. First she was mistakenly woken up an hour early by the new help at her estate, then that Russian toad had her bath water at 98 degrees Fahrenheit instead of her normal 101, and to top it all off her smoked salmon roulade was horrible. Needless to say, she was no longer working for her, but Celestia was so upset she sent herself some flowers and treated herself to a luxurious lunch. This was her first time eating at L'appétit. A friend had recommended it to her a while back and now seemed as good a time as any to finally try it out.

"Celestia," It was Sophia and her smile was, the kind that could have meant anything. It was hard to tell what was beyond that devilish smile. What she was really meaning or doing, but she sat down at the table slowly. "I hope you don't mind if I join you? Mitchel had to take a trip so our lunch got canceled.." and she had plenty of gossip for her-- acquaintance.

Celestia looked up from her menu and both corners of her mouth turned slightly upward as she saw the familiar face of Sophia Aragon. Her eyes moved to the seat opposite her.
"Not at all," she said. "Have a seat."

She smiled as she sat, unable to contain herself for very long. A slow smile crossed her face, "I've heard word from a reliable source that the street rats are starting to-- disappear.." A part of her was hoping that Robert, homeless now he was would vanish as many of the riff raff had. But she figured that wasn't going to happen. Though he had nothing, he still had his wits. About the only thing that Sophia had ever considered one of his strengths.

"Perhaps I'll be lucky and they will stay that way," she said, seriously, squeezing the juice from a lemon wedge into the glass of water before her water. It was no concern of hers what happened to the filth of the city. It would be great if they were all napped and taken away. Maybe then she could stroll along the paths in Central Park without being gawked at.
"I don't suppose they're doing anything about the older beggars?"

"If only," Sophia mused, her beliefs riding along those of her social equal. She tossed her head for a moment and ordered her own glass of water, setting her gloves beside the silverware. "I am curious though... it is facinating.."

"Hm, quite." Celestia didn't see what was so fascinating about it, but she never seemed too interested in much of anything that didn't have any direct affect on her. The fact that someone was able to disappear without a trace was, in itself, interesting, but a group of people was rather extraordinary. Maybe this was what Sophia found fascinating.
She folded the cloth napkin into her lap as she asked, "Besides the decline in vermin, what else is new? It seems like ages since we have gotten together."
