Aria laughed lightly, and looked over at Lucas. "Well if your Uncle says its true, than it must be." She smiled softly. "Do you like singing and dancing? That's what I do. I own a big ole place that does shows; on Sunday's we have shows just for kids."

The girl nodded, she loved a lot of things. Especially dancing and horses. She was munching away on the cresant, Wolf reached out and ran his hand over her curls. He was becoming a softy, if only for this child. "Honestly Aria, I somehow doubt that Heather will take me back this time... I woke up one morning and she was gone. She went back to her father and now she's working on taking over.. I can't bring Charlie into that life.. I can't fight Heather anymore just to keep her."
But he would be there if he was needed.

Aria sighed, shaking her head. "Then that is your decision. Remember that you were going to help Heather in her bid. If you were going to marry her, you would have brought your children up in that life. You knew what Heather came from. You had promised her that."
She paused. "I never tried to change Clarence. He wasn't the best man; but he was the man I loved, faults and all. And I don't think he left because of me."
She had come to terms with that now. He wouldn't have abandoned her and Rebecca unless there was some underlying reason.
"But children do change things. Perhaps its better that you got Charlie in your life now, to realize you wouldn't want to raise children in that life, than to have children with Heather. You would have either been unhappy, or there would have been a nasty rift." She shrugged.

He shook his head a little, "I never would change Heather, as she is I love her. Spark and spunk, spoiled and ill tempered. But she can't except ME. She wants me to change.."
Charlie held out her arms to be held and Wolf pulled her into his arms and set her on his hip. "I would help her, but she will not accept me... not as I am or ever was what kind of life is that for me? She wants me to change.... I'm a lone wolf Aria, and I always have been. I opened my den to the woman I loved and she wanted me to change to accommodate her.."
Though it may not have been true, it was how he felt about it.

"I think both of you are unwilling to budge. It lays both at your doors--if you haven't talked to her in a while, stop assuming things, and talk to her. Maybe you'll be proven correct, but you might not be."
She sighed, rubbing her forehead. She had her own relationship troubles. She didn't need to be dealing with everyone elses.

Wolf bowed his head to her and turned, "Charlie, say good-bye to Miss Aria.."
The little girl looked confused by nodded anyway, "Bye bye...."
Shaking his head the large man made for the door, "I am what I am, it does fall with both of us but I'm tired of being the beaten dog. I'll come calling say-- tomorrow?" To allow Charlie to play while he went to work, he did work. Being a man for heir was a business into itself.
