8chips' jaw dropped open as she walked down row after row after row, each one lined with hundreds of books. She had never seen so many in her whole life! Her fingers rested on one, it was blue with tiny gold spirals twirling down the sides. She ran her fingers over the title, "The Anatomy of the equestrian" 8chips opened the book and with out knowing it, Begin to read allowed "Though they are an extremely complex amimal..." She thought she herd some one behind her. 8chips slammed the book shut, the sound echoed through the seemingly deserted library.

Ms. Johnson started putting the books back on the shelves one by one. She loved working at the libary, it was her favorite job in the world. Then she saw a girl, "Hi" said Ms. Johnson

"Oh," 8chips was startled. "Hello" She looked her over with hope that she wasn't in any trouble, "I'm sorry, I was just looking, I wasn't going to take them or anything like that."

"Hey don't worry about it." said Ms. Johnson "The library get people all the time. You are aloud to take one if you'd like. Just make sure you bring it back with in a week." said Ms. Johnson "Just don't slame the books shut it will brake the binding" she said "I'm Nikky Johnson but everyone just calls me Ms. Johnson." said Ms. Johnson.

"Really?, I can?" her couldn't hid her excitement. She ran her fingers down the spine of the book hoping she hadn't damaged it. She looked back at the young woman and pushed her hair behind her ear. "And I'm 8chips" She said sticking her hand out, she almost spit in it, but recovered her self quickly.

Ms. Johnson laughed at 8chips excitement and then stuck her hand out to shake hers. "Nice to meet you 8chips," said Ms.Johnson "And yes you may take the book out and read it. Just make sure it doesn't get damaged or lost and get it back her with in a week or you'll have to pay a fine." said Ms. Johnson explaining the rules of the library.

"Gee, thank you so much!" 8chips said, holding the book close to her, she knew she would never, ever, let the book get damaged and she would never loose it."So uh, umm, how exactly do I go about doing this?"

"Let me take the book and I need to put this card in to tell you when to bring it back. It looks like this," said Ms. Johnson and showed her this one pink card with dates on it. "All I have to do is put it in the book and you're all set." said Ms. Johnson.

8chips squeezed the book, not wanting to let it go, but she unfolded her arms and slowly Begin to hand over the beautiful book. "Here" she said her arm finally outstretched to Ms. Johnson.

Ms. Johnson took the book and opened the back cover of it. There was a pouch for the card. She took out a pen and wrote the date that it sould be back and put it in the pouch. "Here you go it's alreaddy for you." said Ms. Johnson and gave her the book. "Do you want another one? You may take one more." said Ms. Johnson.

8chips took the book carefully with two hands, carefully not to drop it, she thought for a moment and then said with a sigh, "No, it would probably be best if I only took one." she grinned.

Moon was browsing through the library for a book to read, since the jack-up, she really had nothing to do. But she also loved reading. As she was taking a book from the shelf and opening it, she glanced up to see a boy around her age, but Moonlight wasn't sure he was from Queens.
Looking through the book, but also looking at the boy, she walked up to him and said, "That's a good book, I've read it befoah, ya might like it. But I can't say, 'cause yoah not me." She smiled sweetly at him, hoping she didn't scare him by just walking up to him.
