Maggie frowned for a moment and shrugged. "Last guy I brought home...died in my room." She had forgotten that was why she had been getting drunk in the first place.

Maggie shrugged and snapped at him. "He died of TB okay? I did everything I could to save his ass, and he still died on me." She snorted. "I'm sorry, I forgot you don't care about stuff like that." She bit her lip. "I can walk home"
