Nick raised his eyebrows. "Well I think it's definaty something to discuss. Won't you have a seat?" he asked her motioning to the chair infront of him. "I'd love to talk business with you."

"So," he said leaning back in his chair slightly. "So you want to come and work for me... I have to say you seem like a promising candidate. Might I ask why?" he said just a touch of curiousity in his voice.

"If I'm ever going to get out of here, then I'm going to need money to start out with. Being a newsie and a waitress doesn't give me that kind of money." She explained.
"So I thought that by working for you, I'd get enough money to start saving up."

He nodded slowly. "Very possible. I can offer you room and board as well if you'd like," he said with a smile. "It's free so long as you work for me," he reassured her.

Cheater thought for a moment. If she got room and board... she wouldn't need to stay at the lodging house... but then she'd miss all her friends... but still, it was free...

"He nodded to her with a smile on his face. "Wonderful. We're in Morris Park. Get your things and meet me there in say an hour. After all, I still have lunch to eat," he said. "Care to join me? I can't eat a whole pizza on my own."

"No thanks, I should get going..." She smiled and walked off towards the kitchen, removing her apron and hanging it up before walking out the door.

Nick smiled quietly to himself. He'd have to make sure he was back at Morris Park come an hour. He didn't want to miss their new employee. He ate some of the pizza, but wasn't able to eat it all. He left Lombardi's and went back towards his headquarters.

She laughed following him. "Whats the rush."She grinned sitting down and looking around. "Ive never been here before. I take it the foods good otherwise we wouldnt be here hmm."she smiled.

"Yes it's good plus i actually have the money right now to eat here." He laughed as he waited for the waiter to show up. "So what do you like on your pizza or would you rather have pasta?" He was falling for her there was no doubt about that.

"Um... Pizza fine."She grinned. "Dont laugh but Ive never had pizza before."she looked down at her hands and then back up at him. "But I hear its good."She grinned. "Order what you like and Ill try it."She nodded.
