"Yeah they do I guess," he said smiling back at her. He looked up as Jackle came over. "No problem," he raised an eyebrow but shrugged. "Well, if gotta go find a certain someone and pay dem back," he said with a conspicuous smiled, "Ya haven't seen Lukas around have ya?"

[jackle]

Jackle looked at Flick for a second. "Ummm nope can't say that i have man." There was no chance he was going to let go of Denim.

Denim nearly screamed in surprised but was able to hold it back . She lookedup at Jackle and colored feircly. "Hi.."She said and then looked at Flick. "It was nice meeting you Flick, maybe ill see you around."she smiled. "I mean of course we will we live in the same place"She colored a bit looking down. "I hope you .. find Lukas."She said she didnt really know who that so she couldnt help.

"Thanks guys. And it was nice meetin' you Denim. Well, guess I'd betteh leave now. Bye," he said turning away from them and heading towards Queens, thinking maybe he was there.

[jackle]

Jackle nodded his head at Flick as a goodbye. He looked down at Denim in his arms. "How are you today?" He put on a tiny smile that he always did to hid his worry.

"ok..."She grinned happy to see him. "What about you?"she asked. "How you doing?"she turned so she could see him but stayed in his arms.

[jackle]

"Alright. still no signs out of Alley though." Ramble hadn't been easy to read either. Jackle shook his head. "I thinkk maybe this was the last straw for her." He looked away. "But i'm not losing hope that she'll heal. I won't lost hope." There was an air of determination in his voice. "But other than all that i'm good better now that i'm with you." He kissed her forehead.

Sneaks sat down under the oak, pulling out his tobacco and rolling papers, working on a new cigarette. Things had been quiet lately, which was just fine with him. Despite his love of raising hell...sometimes there could be too much of a good thing.

[Lucky Volpecillia]

Lucky had needed to get out of Brooklyn for awhile, she loved the place, but some times she really wanted space. Truth be told, downtime was a good thing. She looked at the sky and rolled her eyes, humming the tune of Silent Night but in her head, using different, less pleasent words. Then again, Christmas meant her birthday so, she was happy for that at least. She spotted Sneaks and wondered by if some miracle she could be quiet enough to get the drop on him.

She crept up behind him and tilted her head, "Sitting out here is better with company don't you think?"

[sneaks]

Sneaks smirked and didn't turn his head, just reached up, pulling Lucky into his lap. "Yeah..I'd say so." He kissed her soundly.

She kissed him back and laughed, "That's a great way to say hello." The boy could always make her one happy camper. "Hi.."

[sneaks]

Sneaks smiled down at her, kissing her forehead. "Aye...always figured I could knock da wind outta ya someway.." He smirked. "So how is my love doing?"

[Lucky Volpecillia]

She smiled up at him, "A lot better then she was a few minutes ago. Life is looking up in a way.. it'll snow soon.." she grinned and snuggled into his arm. "And, I missed you, sad as that makes me sound.."

[sneaks]

Sneaks smirked. "Aye...a sad one are you." He smirked. "But I missed you too...and I love you." He laughed. "But I ain't soundin like a sad lot...I wont admit it!"

She chuckled a bit and sighed, "I love you too." She said with a small nodd. "And I'll admit it as often as I have too." She grinned. "After all, who else would give me neat presents for no reason.."
