"Me too," she said with a sigh. She'd be a lot happier... and figured he would be too. "Well... I'll see what I can do, okay? Maybe I'll wear a skirt sometime or somethin'." She kissed him again, softly. She would try too, she'd try to be a girl... she just had to learn how first.

Jack smiled. "...you got all the damn goils in your burrough...sure they could help you.." He laughed and kissed her forehead lovingly. "...just make sure its something you want to do..." He ran a thumb over her cheek.

She nodded a little. "I do," she said quietly. "I've been a boy long enough, and if I don't become a goil soon then I won't be come a goil at all, and... well ta be honest I should probaby get some practice in b'fore I gotta be a woman," she said her eyes going wide and rolling at the thought, but she was smiling joviously.

She laughed a little as she kissed him back deeply. Her hands sliped around his neck and played with his hair a little as she kissed him. True trying to make herself a bit more of a girl was gonna be hard, but she'd pull it off. One way or another, she was determined to pull it off.

Jack smirked and kissed her back with a bit more passion, a hand going around her waist. Sometimes he forgot how much he missed her until she was in his arms.

(but we love him anyway!  ) Prince smiled a little against the kiss. She hadn't seen him kiss anyone like this since Sarah, right after the strike, and that hadn't been as sincere. She deepened the kiss just a bit more, wishing time would just stop right then. |

Mini came up to Jack's room deciding that now was the perfect time to met the leader of Manhattan. She knocked confidentially on the door, she figured what else could the leader be doing besides sleeping or selling and since some of his newsies said he was in his room, she figured sleeping. When no one answer she frowned a bit, but knocked again before turning the door handle.

Jack moved a hand up her side and was about say something whenn she heard the knock and the handle jiggling. "Damn it..." He sighed and moved Prince off his lap, straightening his clothign a bit before opening the door a crack. "....Yes?" He looked the girl up and down. Wasn't anyone he knew.

Prince sighed a little and folded her arms. She wondered what was going on? And she wondered why Jack didn't have a lock on his door. She waited patiently to see what the trouble was.

Mini stood with her arms folded across her chest and shrugged, "Just wonderin' who da leadeh of 'Hattan was." She looked him up and down and spit in her hand and held it out, "Da names Mini."

Jack looked at Mini's hand, and then back up at her. "....and exactly what burrough are you in, Mini?" He sighed and took her hand after spitting in it, shaking it before dropping it. "...and why do you feel that you need to see the Hattan leader in private if you aren't one of my kids?" He wasn't in the mood to chitchat with someone who wasn't one of his kids at the moment.

She shrugged, "I wasn't plannin' on talkin' ta ya in private, ya kids said ya were up here so I walked up da stairs to talk to ya." She didn't add that she thought the kids thought she was a kid looking to join the 'Hattan newsies, but she wasn't sure so why add that piece of informations. "Queens," she stated matter factly if with a bit of distaste.

Prince looked up. She heard the girl say her name, and heard her state she was from Queens. "Marvilous..." she said with a groan. She hid her head in her hands and looked down at the floor. Mini, always causing trouble!

Mini raised an eyebrow at Jack and looked over his shoulder. When she spotted Prince she grinned wickedly, "Oh 'ello Prince, and what are ya up ta? All the way here in 'Hattan? And in Jacks room no less."
