Innocence nodded her head. "Otay." She didn't need an explination for why Prince did it. She said it was a game and that was all Innocence needed to know really. She held tightly to Prince's hand. She was still frightened and she didn't want to be left all alone. She buried her head into her white teddy bear(Beary).

Prince smiled at the young girl. "Dun worry, ya gonna be safe here," she said with a small smile. She picked up her hat and re hid her hair under it. "Come on, youse an' me'll go do somethin' fun. What cha wanna do? Where ya gonna go? Anywhere, you name it."

Innocence thought about it. "I don't know." she finally said. She really didn't know anything about the place that she had spent well her whole life in. She was sheltered if that was evident enough with the name everyone called her and the way she acted.

Prince chuckled a little bit. "Wull... how's about we go to da Bronx? We'll buy some cookies, maybe get some pizza? What cha think Morris Park sound like a good idea?" she asked with a smile to the young girl as she stood up to her full height once again.

Innocence looked at her a little confused. Well more then confused. She didn't know what pizza or what morris park was. She nodded her head however to Prince's suggestion. She held beary tightly but she no longer had her face hidden in him.

Prince smiled. "Trust me, you'll have a great time," she said reassuring her. "We'll get some lunch, some dessert, see what else there is ta do around there and maybe we'll find some fun." She smiled to her. She kneeled down infront of her. "Hope on my back kid. I'll give ya a ride."

"Can Beary ride too?" She asked as she climbed up onto Prince. She giggled a little bit. She was okay now but she still didn't feel right without her mother.

"Sure kid! Bring the bear along for the ride," she said laughing a little. She stood up. "All set?" she said. She didn't want to take off only to have the kid and bear fall off right?

"Yes" Innocence said and giggled a little more looking out at the world that was around her. This was going to be fun. She put a big smile on her face holding her teddy and her eyes sparkled. It was like she was going on a new adventure. Like the stories her mother told her before she fell asleep at night.

Fame came towards Prince's room, knocking on the door frame. She poked her head in, looking to see if she could find the leader. She had heard about Prince from some friends in Brooklyn and decided to pay her a visit, curious about joining the Queens newsies.

"What?" Prince called from her bed. She wasn't in a bad mood, just preocupied. She'd gotten to the good part and Moby-Dick. But if she had something to handle she'd handle it just the same. "Who is it?" she corrected, her eyes never leaving the book.

Fame stepped into the room. "Me name's Fame. I's a newsie from Chicago... got some friends down in Brooklyn whose is tellin me that Queens might be a good place for me..." She said, as an introduction. 'Ise can take care a meself, put up a good fight if I's gotta. Or if I wanna... I can sell enough, too." She said, tilting her cap upwards to see the leader better.

Prince looked at Fame from her bed as she sat down the book. She looked the young girl over. "Well, we got the room, and always lookin' for more people. So... welcome ta Queens," she said with a slight shrug. She stood up to her full height and offered her hand to the girl. "M'names Prince. Pleased ta meetcha."

"Thanks, same to you." Fame said with a smile, shaking Prince's hand. She tilted her cap , which was a bit too large for her,up again to get a better look at her new leader.

Prince smiled at her. "Oh yeah, one more thing," she said. She'd almost forgotten. "I'm a goil," she explained as she took of her hat and let her hair fall down around her shoulders with a smie. She always liked to see reactions when she did that.
