Dazzle sighed, she really did hate the newsie handshake, but what could she do really. She spit in her hand and shook his hand. She cringed, but smiled through it. She wasn't going to turn down a challenge. After she wiped her hand on her skirt, she smirked.

Dazzle looked around and really saw everything for the first time since sitting down. She had been think to hard, she had noticed seen the water, but as she watched the water sparkled with new life. Sparkling and shinning almost as bright as the sun. Then she leaned back at looked up at the sky. "Yeah, it is," Dazzle finally replied half dazed. She really enjoyed the outside but didn't get to enjoy it as often as she would like

Jackle smiled at her his eyes following a bird going back and forth from it's nest. "its great to be out but when night hits and even in broaddaylight peace like this can be shattered." He sighed you had to be extra careful these days that it made it almost impossible to get a moment a peace just to look around.

Dazzle laughed a little, looking at Jackle said, "If ya just talkin' cause of the war den ya don't know the world very well do ya? Even before dis stupid war, but not pointless, cause it has a point, but anyways, before the war life was still hard. Maybe wit a little more freedom, but no less hard." She had a glazed to her eyes now as she looked back at the water, thinking.

Jackle looked at Dazzle. "Yes i know it was still hard. but i must say this is still a little worse. Seein' as leadahs want you in your territory 24/7 which in turn drives ya crazy. But yes it was still hard." He looked up to the sky with a sigh.

It took Dazzle a minute to realize that Jackle had even spoke much less reply. As soon as she realized he spoke it all clicked into place. Though she was clueless for a minute. She laughed at herself, out loud, but she hadn't meant to, "Sorry, I was off in my own little world. Yeah, I know what you mean. I've been goin' crazy lately, Prince yelled at me cause I got caught in Brooklyn and almost got soaked by Rusty. So I've been stickin' close ta Queens, and I about went crazy." She stuck her tongue out at Jackle, "Ya should always agree wit us goils."

"Ise normally try too at least." He smiled. "ise kinda know better not too." He laughed at the whole thing exspecially at her sticking her tongue out at him. He looked at the water smiling lost in his own world as well.

Dazzle went silent think about everything that had happened since she had arrived in New York. She replayed every important event in her head and what everyone had done in that time. Finally she got to this point and she woke up for her thoughts. Looking over at Jackle she shook her head. Laughing silently she got up and sneaking around him she pushed him into the water. Finally she broke down and laughed hard.

Dazzle shrugged, "I was bored and needed a laugh. You were in a daze and so easy to pull a prank on, how could I resist?" Dazzle tried to look innocent but she just couldn't keep that look, she started laughing again. He looked absolutely ridicules, with his hair dripping and and clothes plastered to him, it was comical. Finally she settled down enough to say, "I'm sorry," she said trying to look like she meant it but her eyes were sparkling as if she would started laughing again.

Jackle shook he head laughing and went to ringing out his clothes. "You couldn't as we can tell. It's alright." When she said she was sorry he only laughed a little harder. If he had felt like it he would have gotten her back but he couldn't think of anything at the moment. The pushing into the water trick on worked once on one person.

Between laughs Dazzle managed to say, "Ya...know...ya are...a...very comical...sight." She then stopped and said, "If ya eveh try ta push me in da wateh though dere will be pay back. And a lot worse, gettin' wet in a dress isn't fun at all."
