The lodging house roof is kept mostly clean, and is an ideal place if you just want to get away for a while and think. Ace is usually found around here.

Angel stood on top of the roof and looked over the city. She looked at the young children running around in the streets without a care in the world. She thought about how nice it would be to be young again. Then she'd still have her parents and her brothers. She pulled out a cigarette and matches, striking the match on the concrete. She sat over the edge and sighed. How nice.
