If you notice, there is another banner specific to Brooklyn for all the Brooklyn boards (and the leaders banner in the leaders sections). I plan on doing that for all the boroughs.
Don't worry, if you liked the leaders skin better, it's still there, you just have to set it in your profile
EDIT: Right, well, they weren't turning out as I had hoped, I might keep working on them, otherwise, it's just the main banner and leaders banner.
