A great place to hang out and have fun, you can wait here for the distribution center to open, or just relax and cool off on a hot day. Careful, swimming in the fountain could get you nabbed by the bulls!

Prince was... well, mostly bored, and had nothing better to do than nothing. She decided to kick back at one of her favorite spots in all of Queens, the fountain. Because she was wary of her surroundings, and because she had to keep a low profile she stayed appearing a boy, as she sat down on the side of the fountain with a low sigh.

After a long day of selling Dazzle decided to go back to the Distribution Center and relaxed. Was tired since she had only been selling for about a week and walking around all the time wasn't as fun as it had seemed at first. But she figured after the first month or so she would be alright.

Prince looked up and saw Dazzle coming down the street. She waved to get her attention, and call her over to her. "Hey!" she called with a smile.

Dazzle hearing her name looked up from the ground. She smiled when she saw a face she recognize, Prince. Dazzled made her way to the fountain where Prince was lounging and sat down next to her. "Hiya Prince."

"How'd ya sell? Hafta eat any paper?" she asked as a joke with a smile. Prnice has done it once... and has sold every paper she bought since. Ink tastes awful.

"Sellin's fine. And I didn't have ta today, though if ya asked me da same question yesterday I would have answered yes. What are ya doin' heah instead of out being in charge or whatever it is that leahs do." Dazzled said as she set down her bag with all her treasures.

Prince laughed. "Dis... is what leadah's do," she said. "Nah, I'm just on break. Figure if anyone needs ta find me dey can figure out where I am. Usually it's heah, or da lodin' house... an' sometimes in 'hattan, dependin'," she said. "Course... I go othah places too... but I'se needed a break, an' heah I am!" she said holding her arms out to the sides, and then quicky put them behind her head, and relaxed once more.

Dazzle shaked her head at Prince, she was glad she wasn't the leader. To much work for one person. "Why would you come back heah, I mean once a day is enough right, or gonna buy more papes. Tryin' ta make a record or somethin'?"

Prince laughed. "Nah, it's just nice wit' da watah, and a nice place ta sit," she said with a smile. "Dunno why I likes it... jus do," she said with a shrug.

"Yeah like ta swim or what?" Dazzle asked with a shiver. She didn't mind swimming, she just didn't like water for the most part 'cause ya never knew what was in it.

Prince had to laugh. "Dazz, ya go swimin' in dis fountain... da bulls'll be all ovah ya in 10 seconds flat," she said. "But, if ya wanna swim youse be my guest," she said, but one look at Dazzle's face told her that wasn't gonna happen. "How ya like bein' a newsie?" she asked. "Makin' out alright?" she asked.

"Oh, its a different life, though cause I've got more free time. Though its harder cause of a da walkin. How long ya been a newsie?" Dazzled said all this on one long breath.

"Uhhh..." she counted the years on her hand... "has it realy been almost five yeahs?" she said out loud. Well... it had been. She started in the summer when she was thirteen and a half. She was seventeen and a half now... that makes it almost 5 years. "I guess about four yeahs acctually," but it was still pretty close. What has she been doing for four years? "It's a wonder I ain't no bettah den I am," she said laughing.

"Ah, wes all can improve. Of course I have more time for dat den you do know. Well, anyways I'm still learnin' how da be a good newsie. How da ya learn all youse know?" Dazzle asked as she looked up at the sky. She thought of how when she was younger she used to do this, but she hadn't for at least five years.
