Spunk couldn't help but laugh at the akwardness and then smiled. "Yeah, I've lived here all my life." She said looking around and then back over at him.
"What about you?" She hadn't seen him before so she was sort of curious.

She listened to him and was amazed that he was from Russia, that and the fact that he has been all around New York, and she's only been to well... Manhattan and Queens. And maybe the Bronx for about two hours. She smiled over at him and nodded. "Yeah, I know." She looked back to the water as well and then looked back over at him. "That's amazing, I would have never thought you were from Russia."

She nodded and smiled at him. He was so... mysterious, but yet so open. All she wanted to do was figure out more about him. "My real name is Delilah..." She decided to say, he was opening up, why not her do the same?
When he looked at her she couldn't help but get weak in the knees a bit, she mentally kicked herself of course then. When he said his sentence in Russian, or what she guessed was Russian, she was mesmerized more a moment before saying. "What does it mean?"

There she went again, blushed like crazy. She bit her lip and looked down and then back up at him. "Well, I wish I was in Russia then..." She mumbled as she looked at her feet and then looked back up to Dutch again. "Thanks, I never thought my name suited me." She said while looking at him. "Your real special... did you know that?"

As he looked into her eyes, Spunk's heart started to beat faster. She liked him, she had liked guys before obviously, but not like this. And not so quickly too. It was like, she could tell him anything and he wouldn't judge her like others would. He really was... special as she said. When he grabbed her chin she looked down and then back up at him. She bit her lower lip again, really wanting him to kiss her. But then he slipped his hand away. She sighed and looked up into his eyes again. "Thanks..." She said in a low voice leaning up towards him slightly.

When he kissed her it was the warmthest, sweetest thing that had ever happened to her. She felt like she could fly, like she could do anything she wanted to and not be scared. She felt free... She kissed him back of course leaning up more and wrapping her arms around him.

She took a deep breath to steady herself after he pulled away and rubbed his thumb over her cheek. She smiled up at him and nodded. "Aye. Not a bad kisser at all." She bit her lower lip again and hugged him gentely, then let go. "So, what else is there to know about you?"

Spunk nodded and shrugged. Listening to him talk about his family wanted to make her forget her's more than ever. "My Pa, died when I was eleven. Then they sent my uncle to live with me... and well. I ran away from him." She said and shrugged. "Thats all the family I ever had."

Spunk just looked down at the ground and then back out at the water. Just thinking, thats what she always came here to do, to think about what happened with her life. She looked over at Dutch as he spoke and shrugged. "I miss my pa every day. But my Uncle... there were reason's why I ran away from him..." She said lowering her voice as well.

Spunk looked down again over the edge of the bridge and sighed. Then looked back over to Dutch, who looked as though he was thinking, extreamly intently actually. So she didn't know if she should speak or something. So she just looked down at her feet again and then back at him.
"Dutch... if you ever need someone... I'm here."

As he looked into her eyes, her heart sank a little. She could tell he had been through a lot, she could see it in his eyes. He was so... different from the rest... and she was really glad he had wandered onto the bridge and that she met him. She knew this was the start of something... great. She smiled as he did. She couldn't help it.
She then looked back out, watching the sun set... was it that late already? That meant she had to get home quick. She nodded as she heard what he said. "It was good talking to you too, Dutch. But I better be getting going, I should be at the Lodging house soon or people will start looking." She said as she gave him a small smile. She added, "I hope to see you again soon..." She said that with sincerity. She really did wish that.
With that she turned on her heel and headed back to brooklyn, not looking back.

[[New day]]
Pocket winced as she untied the cloth that acted something of a cast around the socket of her shoulder. She couldn't get it properly done since she hadn't enough money to see a doctor.
"Why in the seven hells am I always the thing people take anger out on?" she muttered hatefully, pushing her shirt off her shoulder a little, dabbing the cut on her shoulder with the fabric from her makeshift cast.
Pocket whimpered softly, knowing little bits of glass must be in the cut. She fought to keep the tears inside as she tried hard to dab the puddling blood up from her snowy white skin.

((New Day))
Smokey casually strolled back and forth on the center of the bridge, a cigarette hanging limply between her lips. About the third or fourth time back she stopped then leaned on the bridge, looking down over it. The smell of the river hit her like a ton of bricks, though not in any way offensive. She actually enjoyed it.

Fighter ducked her head to shield her face against the cold. Hurrying back across the bridge she smirked when she noticed a girl pacing the bridge. Her smirk widened when she saw the girl smoking. "Got a smoke I could bum? I got some change here for it."

Smokey pulled out a small burlap pouch, flicking it open and holding it out to the girl. "Keep the change."
