Hawkeye is not someone to be messed with. He doesn’t talk shit he can’t back up and he doesn’t show much emotion. Most people see him as cold and menacing, but he’s not cruel or even very mean. He was raised by nuns and that weighs heavily on his decisions. He would never take a life unless he had to, he doesn’t beat up someone who doesn’t have it coming to them, and he respects women. There are a select few who have been allowed to see the other side of Hawk and around these people he can be teasing, charming, and even semi affectionate.
He stays calm under pressure and he always knows what’s going on around him. As a man of his word, Hawkeye doesn’t promise something unless he knows he can follow through and his dislike of outsiders insists that someone must prove themselves to him before he trusts them. He’s a fantastic person to have watching your back, if only you can prove yourself worth backing.

Nike is optimistic to a fault and always tries to find the good in life. She's very compassionate, loves to talk, and when people are down she likes trying to cheer them up. Running is one of her favorite things in the world to do, so she only smokes on occasion (she heard once that smoking can be bad for your lungs and is afraid it might be true) and usually just drinks socially. She’s not easily angered, but if you somehow manage to get her pissed, she has a caustic temper that’s best left alone. Prince uses her as a messenger between herself and the other boroughs, so she can often be seen running all around the city. Nike is an energetic smart ass with an infectious laugh. She's always up for new friends, so don't hesitate to introduce yourself.

Styx is more capricious than his twin and to be on the receiving end of his anger if far more painful. Like his sister, though, he is also slow-to-anger and his default mood is pretty friendly. He almost always has a smile ready to be shared and. He loves to laugh, loves things that make him laugh, enjoys dancing and playing his fiddle (for select crowds). He's a huge flirt with an allergy to commitment and no woman has been able to hold on to him for very long. A true daredevil, Styx earned every bit of his nickname with his knack for surviving death-defying stunts and often it is only his twin sister, Nike, who can talk him out of trying something. He drinks as often as he can afford it and he smokes more than Nike approves of. He’s fun to be around if he likes you or doesn't know you yet, but watch your face if he doesn't. This Queens leader has a mean right hook.

Ankh is very quiet by nature, preferring to listen rather than speak, to blend in rather than stand out. She tries to always follow orders exactly and unless circumstances are beyond her control, will never leave a job incomplete. Some would label her as observant and maybe even uptight, but more than that, she is always on her guard and curious to a fault. She is observant because she wants to know everything about everything and about how things work, not because she is naturally that way.
There are very few Egyptians in New York, if any, and since poor Ankh tends to stick out a lot, Dodger allows her to be his Owl. Much like Brooklyn’s infamous Birds, she watches and reports the goings on of her borough to her leader. Unlike them, however, she does her best work at night when her complexion and naturally dark hair help her meld into shadows.

Irving is something of a whiner. He is not above using a relatively minor injury to his own advantage and he never feels any remorse for his actions. He has no problem using offensive or hurtful language toward others and he doesn’t need much incentive to ridicule someone. He's cruel and, putting it nicely, he knows exactly what will hurt people. Irving’s looking for followers, come join the fun!

Itey is a very unusual kid, to put it mildly. He can usually be found staring into space with a dazed look on his face, mumbling about God knows what, and giggling to himself. When not mumbling nonsense to inanimate objects, or trying to convince strangers that octopi have gardens, he can most often be found hanging around his buddies Blink and Skits. They understand him better than the rest and even occasionally partake in his insanity (or “clarity” as he calls it). Itey is Colombian.

Swifty is hiding in NY from the people who murdered his mob boss father and who killed his Asian beauty of a mother during their escape from Italy. He likes to have fun and joke around with his friends and, though he hopes he never has to leave them, he would run if it came down to his safety. He’s a fun guy to be around and is always happy to make new friends, so long as you don’t ask too much about his past.
His name implies he is a womanizer, however he is anything but. His name is more a joke than anything, because he ran the first time a girl reacted positively to him. He long ago got over the fear of girls that plagued him all those years ago, but he’s still far from living up to his nickname. He’s fluent in Italian and Chinese and has a deep-seated distrust of most Italians.
