The name's Lucille Rousseau, but everyone calls her Frenchie. (None of this rama-lama-lama nonsense!)
The nickname is self explanatory if you've heard her real name. She doesn't speak a word of French, but, due to her name(s), most people just suppose she has a French background, and so does she. (Her opinion probably isn't the best though, as she also "supposes" that Little Italy is a "small boot" near "Big" Italy, and it's quite possible that she really thinks Italy is a boot.)
Frenchie's a girl, and you can tell.
Her hair's short, curly, and blonde, and she has blue eyes.
She's a dumb blonde if there ever was one. "Air head" would be the correct term. She usually has good intentions, but not the brains to follow through with them.
