KEVIN "ROBIN" MOORE
NAME: Kevin Moore
NICKNAME: Robin
AGE: 16
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: IrelandPERSONALITY
Robin is a quiet type of guy. Most people think he's just quiet because he's stupid, but it's because he's listening and learning. He's smarter than he lets on, but has no reason to show it, so he usually doesn't. All the same, he is well aware that he has muscles, and looks, and will use them to his advantage. His muscles make for great intimidation of those weaker and more fragile than him, and the looks are great for manipulation, especially pretty girls that he'd be interested in bedding for a night or two. Robin isn't big into relationships. Unless a girl is a member of what he dubs his family, they are considered something that can be used to suit his physical needs, and not much else, he's rather odd in this way. He's not one for relationships at all. Women, save for "family" are objects.
He has a strong sense of who he is and is firmly planted in what he thinks, and how he functions. Even though he lives in Brooklyn, he spends quite a bit of his time in Manhattan at Columbia University in south Manhattan. Here he can listen to the upper class gossip. He's made a few friends with some of the kids there and listens to them talk. He's learned quite a bit just listening in on their conversations, but that isn't the only place that he hears what's going on. He spends quite a bit of time in Manhattan listening in on things going on around the borough.
His best line of the defense is his own to hands, preferring hand to hand combat over the use of knives or guns, thinking them short cuts and almost unfair. Just because he's quiet and often listens doesn't mean he doesn't think sometimes too. Robin isn't a force that you should reckon with without thinking about it first. You make him angry he'll instantly resort to physical attacks, no matter who you are. It's just how he solves most of his problems and annoyances. Just don't make him angry, easy enough really.HISTORY
Robin was born in Ireland, and that's where he spent most of his childhood. When he was 9, his family received a letter from his cousin, Annie Moore, who had immigrated to America in 1892. She said that it really was the land of opportunity, though the work was hard, it was better than back home in Ireland. There were all sorts of different people there. Kevin's parents decided to bring him and his two younger brothers over to America.
The family reached Ellis Island on June 14th 1987. However, on this day there was a large fire on Ellis Island that burned the Immigration station completely to the ground. Kevin's parents were lost in the fire, and he thought his brothers were too, for he never found them after word. Though his brothers were fine, he never found them, so he assumed them dead and went into New York looking for a place to call home.
He remembered walking through the streets, mostly stealing and mugging to get his food and money. However, it took him a while to find the borough of Brooklyn. He remembered being amazed by the gigantic Brooklyn Bridge as he crossed from Manhattan into Brooklyn. When he arrived he was just working on stealing himself some dinner when police caught him stealing. He was in the process of running away when he ducked into the nearest open door, and literally stumbled into the newsies lodging house in Brooklyn. While he was hiding out he listened to some of the boys say how they at least could make an honest living selling papers, or to an extent. He decided he'd stick around and took on the name of Robin, after nearly getting caught for robbery. He's been there ever since.Who are you?
