All this talk about the new Newsies on Broadway show got me thinking about our beloved movie, and wondering what they all look like now and where they are now. So, I did a little researched and found pictures of quite a few of our boys. Some of them grew up into some pretty gorgeous men. lol. *cough*Skittery and Morris *cough* lol.
So.... Here they are!!!
Trey Parker (Kid Blink)-After Newsies, he was most well-known for being a member of the singing group E.Y.C. Now is owner of an entertainment company known as The LA Allstars Entertainment.
Arvie Lowe Jr (Boots)-Since Newsies he has had roles in several Disney Channel Shows such as Smart Guy, Sister Sister, and Lizzie McGuire. His latest appearance can be found in a short called Akward Universe.
Dominic Lucero (Bumlets)-After Newsies, he was in Nickelodean's Roundhouse. He died in '94 (two years after Newsies) from Lymphatic Cancer.
Marty Belafsky (Crutchy)- Since Newsies he has been in Pearl Harbor, Men in Black 2, and a couple small roles in TV. He's currently working as a Comedian.
David Moscow (Davey)- He is still working in Hollywood and has had roles in movies such as Riding In Cars With Boys, and Just Married.
Dominic Maldonado (Itey)- Unknown
Christian Bale (Jack Kelly/Cowboy)- Still working in Hollywood as an actor. Upcoming movies: Flowers of War {2011} and Dark Knight Rises {2012}.
Joseph Conrad (Jake)- Unknown
Luke Edwards (Les)- After Newsies, he had roles in several movies such as Little Big League, American Pie II, and Jeepers Creepers II. He has also had small roles in several TV shows and shorts.
David Sheinkopf (Morris Delancey)- Since Newsies, he has had small roles in several TV shows. His latest role was back in 2001 as part of the design team on Design on a Dime.
Aaron Lohr (Mush)- Can be seen in Mighty Ducks 2 & 3, and had a small role in the movie RENT. He's been acting on Broadway most recently.
Shon Greenblatt (Oscar Delancey)-After Newsies, he had roles in several films but nothing well-known.
David Sidoni (Pie Eater)- He hasn't been up to much since Newsies that I could find. He was on Nickelodeon's Roundhouse with Dominic Lucero and hosted a few unknown TV shows.
Max Casella (Racetrack)- Still acting in Hollywood. Had several roles in several TV series. Upcoming movie: Cogan's Trade
Michael Goorjian (Skittery)- Still acting in Hollywood. He had been in several well-known TV Series such as CSI, Alias, Without a Trace, CSI Miami, Monk, House, and the latest: Lie To Me.
Dee Caspary (Snitch)- He is currently working as a choreography on So You Think You Can Dance.
Gabriel Damon (Spot Conlon)- He hasn't been in much since Newsies; just a few roles in a couple of TV shows and shorts. The only movie since Newsies that I could find, was Social Misfits.
Devin Del'los (Tumbler)-Unknown. {I think he's a member of a singing group.}
