The dimming light from the sun receding beneath the horizon outlined her body as she sat, with her knees pulled toward her, on a rock just barely covered by the tide. The soft breeze blew her hair gently and her eyes sparkled as she became entranced by the end of the day's beauty. There was no place on earth more calm than where her mind took her while sitting on that rock; no place more beautiful and through the loneliness she'd been feeling since her arrival in this country not too long ago, here was somewhere she could go and despite the solitude feel completely taken care of.
