[Sweetheart Snow]

Sweetheart sighed. "Well, I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't gt in trouble for going. And Blink was cute and he seemed willingly to talk to me. It felt so unusual."

Sweetheart then thought of something. "Hey, Jewel? Pure curiosity: is Jack Kelly friends with Spot Conlon by any chance. Blink said that there was going to be a poker night soon and that other Newsies were invited, so would there be a high chance of the King of Brooklyn being there?" Sweetheart asked, sounding a little terrified of the Brooklyn leader. She didn't know much about Spot Conlon - other than the fact that he treated women sort of like trash and that all of the Newsies feared him - but Sweetheart was already terrified of Spot Conlon and hoped that she would never have to meet him.

Jewel giggled when she hears Sweetheart say that Blink was cute.

"Are ya having trouble picking your potential man already?" she asked teasingly.

Jewel then thought for a second about Sweetheart's other question.

"Welll...I'm sure they do know each other, since they are both leaders and all. But trust me...there isn't anything to worry about." she said.

Sweetheart sighed. Then, she looked outside. The sun was coming up. Sweetheart then got to her feet and smiled at Jewel.

"I guess I should get ready for work. Maybe today's headline will be a good one. Yesterday was a pretty good selling day for me." Sweetheart smiled at how well she sold yesterday.

Jewel sighed as she watched the sun come up from the window in the living area. She smiled...knowing that it was gonna be just another beautiful day for selling.

She smiled back at Sweetheart as both of them got up from where they sat.

"Yup, Sweetie Bird. It was a good day for me too. I loved how good I did. If today is anything like yesterday. We will be just fine." She said.

Sweetheart put on an annoyed look.

"The only problem I have with being a Newsie is that all of my customers think that I'm ten!! I know that I'm short for a fourteen year old girl, but I know that I don't look ten years old!" Sweetheart exclaimed. It really did annoy her.
