PERSONALITY

He doesnt seem to have a care in the world. Blake is rarely ever serious so when he is, dont take it lightly. He does things for his own accord and hes constantly doing something. He doesnt like to sit still. Hes a dare-devil. He'll do anything as long as he gets something out of it, specially if the thing may cost him his life. Hes also very evasive about himself, not really saying anything and yet saying enough to make it seem like he did.

Blake tends to lie a lot. Especially if it will help him get out of something, and hes a bit of a pick pocket. Hes pretty good too. Hes very charming and can be a bit childish. Hes not someone to over look though its exactly what he wants you to do, and a lot of people tend to not give him enough credit. He has a lot that goes on in that head of his he just doesnt let it show.

Blake is definitely a nice guy, really charismatic and a good person to have as a friend. He'll back you up if need be. He misses kate though and hes not sure he should have taken his brother up on his offer. He misses being a newsie.

HISTORY

Blakes mother used to work at one of the hotels that Blakes father managed. She was a pretty thing and his father noticed. He lured her in and slept with her. When he found out she was pregnant he paid her off and fired her from the hotel. She didnt see him again until after the babies were born. He paid a little visit to her, found out shed had twins and threatened her, making her give him one of the babies. Apparently his wife had just had a babie and it died that morning. He paid the doctors to keep quiet about the whole thing so his wife wouldnt find out. She allowed him but made him keep the name she had chosen for him. Shed already given them his last name.

Neither his mother or Blake ever saw them again and she never told Blake about this either. She didnt want Blake to ever find out. Considering their social standings she never thought he would either. She ended up moving. Unfortunately for her, she had been in love with his father and this just weighed on her mind. She would constantly blame Blake for anyting that happened or didnt happen to them. She couldnt seem to keep a job and they were always ending up on the streets.

When he was 8 she up and left while he was a sleep and hes been on his own since. He was taken in by a guy named Remsy who used him to steal for him. A couple years later the cops found Remsy and threw Him in jail leaving Blake yet again on his own. He found his way to brooklyn and became a newsie.

While he was there he met a girl named Kate. This was how he found out he had a twin. Blake didnt want anything to do with him though, his own thoughts on that, but it seemed his brother had other ideas and the next thing he knew he was making him come work for him.
