Ok so heres da backstory. Officer Carter, we'll just call him Clarence, is 100% Grade A American Beef! wait neva mind dat, he's only 50%. He's been a cop for 10 years now. He joined when he was 18 because his father got rubella and died so he had to support the family. His sister Sierjna, it's Norweigian, resides in Norway with her family. His niece Claire lives with him for the time being. His Ma passed away 2 years ago from Black Lung Disease. So anywhoo, he's been on the force for a long time
He enjoys long walks on the beach and margaritas...wait...wrong time period. So his mom's Norweigian and his dad's a southna. From Alabama. Clarence was born in New York, a yankee at heart.
So anyways, he goes back with the newsie Red. Lets just say they have some, "history"
OOOOO almost forgot, He's tall, blonde haired, blue eyes, buff/surly, very Norweigan looking. Handsome.

-Neice Claire moved back to Norway
-Sister Sierjna passed away
-Clarence married Caprice Hall owner Arianette.
-Had a daughter Rebecca.
-Had to go into hiding in Texas to protect his family. Put away a member of a local NYC mafia. Didn't have time to inform his family of his departure.
