I think a partial reboot is in order, give us a fresh slate with characters we love the chance to revamp if we want and do what we like otherwise. I wanted to do a five year jump but... this works too.

I think a five-year skip would be a bit much... Perhaps a one-year skip would be better. 1900, the turn of the century, exciting time... Too much happens in five years (newsies get real jobs eventually!) so it might be too complicated to revamp everything.
A partial reboot sounds good; could be at the player's discretion. I'm keeping just two of my characters, and will probably make one or two new ones, so I like that there can be a place for everyone.

I have three characters I believe, who will not be returning. I would have returned but there hasn't been enough of a change in management of the site or in site aesthetics, and posting places. I feel the changes should come, to bring the site to it's full potential, not keep it paling in comparison to all the others out there.
