History: Sneaks family moved from Czechoslovakia to New York when he was 4. His father was an avid card player and gambler, and while he taught Sneaks everything he knows, but through a string of bad luck, lost most of the family fortune. They lived down by the docks for a while, but his father was murdered after he accused someone of cheating. His mother moved back to Chezchoslovakia, and he took to gambling and playing cards to make a living. However, he isn't making enough...so he feels that taking up News-selling could work as well.
