History:
raconteurs are nothing that they seem. Friends since childhood, they were considered "thick as thieves" which is, ironically, what they became. All had a gift for committing crime--and getting away with it. Biding their time, the 20-somethings are poised to make a grab for control of New York's streets. Highly persuasive and charming, they sweet talk others into joining their group. Annoyed that the newsies have been grabbing their workers as of late, they realize this wont do.
