Oscar was about to say something about correcting him when Morris mentioned Jack Kelly. "Really? Old Jack is back?" A cruel smile twisted his lips, that knowldge made him one happy man and he looked over at Sally. "So.. that little twit you were toying with.. you actually soak her yet or what?" Truthfully it was more of a competition of sorts, who could soak how many and how bad.

Morris growled at Sally. "Shes mine...I started in on 'er so I wanna finish her off.." Sally pissed him off earlier so he didn't want her to take any of his thunder. He snorted the glanced over at Oscar. "What about you? You must be slackin' if Uncle Weez gave you the speech.." He couldn't resit snickering.

Oscar smacked his brother in the head with his hat, growling a bit, "Who said I was da one that was slackin? He said it was all a' us. YOU two just happened ta be here while I was gettin' the riot act.."

Sally pouted and shoved at Morris a bit. "That's not fair..." She looked at Oscar. "Well I woulda been with you if ya hadn't been so mean this morning..."

Morris swung his hands at his siblings - he was getting abuse from both sides now. "Leave me alone" he said at no one in particular. "Yer probably just makin' that up so you don't look so stupid, Oscar"

Oscar looked at Sally, "If you wouldn't whine to damn much I wouldn't have said anythin.." He growled at Morris. It was true in a sense but HE didn't need to know that. He tapped his fingers on the table, "We should go visit Kelly... seein' how he's back an all.. give him a nice little homecoming.." It was easy to change the subject to something more pleasant.

Sally snorted. "I don't Whine!" She shrugged then lit up at Oscar's suggestion. "Ooo...oh yeah good idea, Oscar.." She glared at Morris.

Swifty walked into the restaurant, alone today. He had finished his selling a little later than usual (served him right for buying too many papers) but still managed to finish off his pile. He was looking for a two person table, and the only availible one happened to be right near the back corner. He approached it with his usual speedy walk, and even sat down before he noticed the group of three in the corner table. The Delancey Trio seemed to be reunited once again.
Swifty considered leaving, but first hoped that they simply wouldn't notice him, and let him eat his meal in peace.

Morris was looking over his shoulder, a new patron took a seat. It dawned on him who that new patron just happened to be and he laughed lowly. "I got a better idea..." he elbowed Oscar and discreetly pointed toward Swifty.

Oscar smirked, and the kid was alone too. "Let's go wrap old Jack a little homecoming present.." he said as he got up and sontered over to Swifty. "Well, well, well, what do we have here..?"

Swifty knew he was in trouble when Oscar Delancey had stood up. His heart jumped when he spoke to him, giving him the knowledge that something bad was going to happen, especially since Jack had just returned to New York. Swifty stood up himself, and attempted to leave the restaurant.

Sally moved in quick behind him, crossing her arms over her chest. "Aww...going so soon? You just came here...and I'm sure you must be up for a bit of fun..."

Swifty looked at the girl who had blocked him. He had heard about Sally Delancey, but had never had the pleasure of actually meeting her. He was unhappy to see that she looked just as tough as her two brothers.
"No fight..." he said to them, not knowing enough English to perfectly piece his phrase together. He would have run, knowing he could outrun all of them, but was blocked on all sides.

Evie walked into Tibby's and tried to get to a table but four people were blocking her way. "Scuse me." she said politely, hoping she wouldn't get caught into the middle of whatever was happening. She looked a little closer and noticed that it was a fight - 3 against 1 it seemed.
