"Fortune, hmm?" Jewel looked oddly at the girl who was waving her papers around. Walking up to her, she noticed a similarity in their choice of dress. "I'll buy a paper." She said smiling, holding her stack of newspapers under her arm. "As long as I get my fortune in return."

"Nah!" Destiny tells the other girl, "I don't charge coworkers for their fate."
Shoving her newspapers in her bag, she steps closer to Jewel. She sticks her face right into Jewel's. "Take the road less travled by, honey. Might come in handy. Course that roads littered with dangers, so be careful." Blinking she takes a step back and shakes her head, as if to clear it.
"What you doing in Brooklyn anywho? You're from 'Hattan ain't ya, girl?"

Jewel smiled, "Well thanks for the reading. And yes I'm from Manhattan. Just looking for a few new places to see and spread my talents... so to speak." She overlooked the girl. "I feel like I know you from somewhere."

Peem walked on the boardwalk, taking in the sights, sounds, smells. He smiled, watching the children running all over the place. Buying a ticket with a bit of extra money he had, he climbed onto a carosel horse, spinning slowly, content.

Alley strolled down the boardwalk watching the people. She had no idea why in the world she thought it would be fun to come here. She couldn't stand to see kids and their parents having fun together. It broke her heart. The only reason she could think that she had come was because even if watching it broke her heart at the end of the day she's be happy. She searched the pouch hanging at her side for money. She got out exactly what she needed and bought a ticket to ride the carosel. She gave the operator the ticket and sat down on a white horse closed her eyes and just let her body feel the rythm of the ride.

So Alley was back. She wasn't really into riding any of the rides today. She wasn't much in the mood for anything. She walked back and forth pacing. She was trying to put things together. She hadn't been feeling well and well that could be bad. She hoped it wasn't but it could be. She gone wandering alone in the park and night and had been well she didn't want to think about it. She looked up andwalked over to a bench and sat down. Watching the people pass her. She smiled at a little girl holding her father's dragging him to the next thing. He has a smiled on his face. She put her head down and closed her eyes trying not to think at all.

Alley had finally sorta gotten used to Ramble popping up out of no where least it seemed that way. She looked up at him. "Ise really don't know." She put her head back down and held back tears she didn't like not knowing.

Alley shook her head. "If i don't know i don't know how you would be able to help." She sighed. She was paler now and she felt horrible. She closed her eyes and passed out.

Ramble looked at her for a moment, fear gripping his chest. He picked her up and ran her to the Brooklyn lodging house as fast as he could.
