A warm fire and a few couches is all the girl's need to feel cozy here!

Mush lead Alanna inside the front door of the lodging house and closed it after them. "Wow it's cold... thank goodness for a fire," he said with a smile to her. "Didn't freeze all the way through did you?"

She shook her head and shivered, "No, not quite.." She smiled at him and blew her bangs out of her face. She pulled off her scarf and coat, setting them on one of the couches. She put her hands on her cheeks and grinned. "I bet I'm all red.."

"But it looks good on you," he said with a small smile. He didn't take his coat off, because... well he wasn't sure if she wanted him to stay or go. Either way he could do either or, whatever she'd rather do. B'sides... he was warm with his coat on, which was good.

She wrinkled her nose a bit and laughed, "Do I really? I think I probably look like a radish.." She gave him a smile as she walked towards him so she could look up at his face. "Do you really have to go?"

"You may look like a raddish, but a really adorable raddish," he said with a broad smile to her. "Do I... HAVE to go? Not right now... but I probably shouldn't stay too awful long. But if you want I'll stay as long as you'd like me to," he said with a soft smile to her.

She chuckled softly, "I don't want you to go. I don't know who's really here.." And she didn't want him to leave just yet. It was cold out and, well, she could come up with all the excuses in the world, but she liked spending time with him.

He nodded and started to undo the buttons on his coat. "Then maybe I'll stay for a while," he said nodding. He hung up his coat and took off his gloves and stuffed them in his pockets. "You know, this is a real nice lodging house. You girls keep it up real nice," he said looking around as he walked towards her.

She looked around and chuckled, "You've got a bunch of girls without boys to poke at livin' here, bebe. We don't have to clean up after anyone but ourselves.."

"No wonder it smells so nice," he said chuckling. He sat down on the couch. "I could get used to this," he said nodding as he relaxed back, putting his hands behind his head and reclining slightly.

She just smirked and shook her head, "I don't think any of us would keep the place up with you boys running around.." She was teasing a bit, she made a face. "Tracking in dirt, making a mess, fighting, breaking things.." she giggled a bit and dropped to the couch beside him. "Aww.. I miss my brothers doing all that. Especially Jake and Trevor.."

He smiled to her and put an arm around her shoulders. Well, if you want... I could do some of that right now, just for you," he said with a faux punch to her cheek. He was just teasing her. He understood that she missed her family. He wished he could be of some help.

She laughed a bit and grinned at him, "I wouldn't, Moira wouldn't be to happy.." She rested her head against his shoulder and watched the fire. "What do you remember, you know, about your family..?" She had hundred of memories, not all of them were nice but they were always fun.

He thought about it for a minute. "My parents... I don't really remember much. I remember we always went to church on sundays. After church we always used to have this huge sunday lunch. We'd spend the whole day together, we'd have so much fun... and that's all that I really remember," he said shaking his head.

"Really?" she smiled. "I loved Sundays. We'd all go to church and then we'd go home and have a big dinner.." She glanced up at him. "What about with your friends? Have any good memories of them?"
