She laughed as the air blew out from her poking him in the stomach. Mini raised an eyebrow, "And what, might I ask, does dat mean?"

"Just how it sounds." Coop called the waiter over and ordered a small bowl of ice cream. "I don't need parents 'cause I got people who easily replace 'em. I didn't know 'em enough to get upset over their not bein' around."
There was a hint of bitterness in his voice. He never wanted to admit it, but Coop held a natural grudge against both of his parents. More so his father. Atleast his mother had tried for a little while.

Mini frowned, she had know both of her parents and still knew one. She loved both of them and couldn't understand his resentment of the people that gave him life, but she knew it wasn't her place to get involved in his family life. She couldn't quiet bring herself to say all of his business, because she was curious by nature, maybe even to a fault. But she couldn't keep her mouth shut for long, "Its neveh easy ta replace ya parents, if it were den all we'd eveh need our parents for was our birth and den we wouldn't ever have to see them again."

Coop became a little aggravated through no fault of Mini. Talking about parents, especially his, always made him a little touchy. The waiter brought out his ice cream. He just stared down at it, not saying anything for a while. He tried to keep the memories from floating back into his head, but the more he tried not to think about it, the faster they came.
Before he could think, he grabbed the glass bowl that held his ice cream and threw it forcefully against the wall, creating a loud crash. The waiter looked shaken. Some older guy came out from the back and began started to yell at Coop, but didn't get very far. Coop punched the man, sending him back, before walking out the parlor.
Coop's anger had taken over him. It was strange how his emotions worked. Some things could set him off in a heart beat, while other things that would normally set someone else off, had no effect on him.
It wasn't Mini that had made him mad. It was just his mind working against him. He hoped she understood that.
(sorry so long. i basically just kept making it up as i went along.)

Mini had watched this happen and was baffled. She didn't understand his anger or if it was because of what she had said. Probably was what she said, considering she never did learn how to keep her mouth shut. She owed him an apology. She quickly threw down some money hopefully enough to pay for her ice cream and hers, plus a little extra, but she doubted it. She grabbed his arm and turned him around, "I'm...," she couldn't say it. She tried to spit it out, but the apology wouldn't come. She couldn't even swallow her pride to say sorry, when she knew she should.

Coops eyes flammed when she turned him around. When he saw who it was, he calmed a little. He looked at her to finish. He sighed. "You aint gotta apologize. You didn't do anything."

Coop closed his eyes and rubbed the bridge of his nose. "I just...it's nothin. No problem. What're ya doin' wit yourself?"

Coop ignored Mini's first statement. He looked at back at the ice cream place and then at Mini. "Yeah."

Mini smiled a challenging smile, "Den I'll," and she started backing up towards the Queens Lodging house, "Race ya," she practically screamed as she took off. She didn't intend to lose and she thought it might get Coops mind off of whatever it was that was bothering him.

Coop smirked and ran after her. He still thought he had a pretty good chance at atleast catching up. He wasn't a runner usually and also wasn't one to get out of a bad mood so quick, but he figured he'd try for her sake. Atleast she was trying.

((New day))
Blaize was bored, and when he was bored, he walked, and when he walked, he usually wound up wherever...and it happened to be ice cream. Sitting up on a stool, chin braced in one hand, Blaize licked at the ice cream cone he held lazily.

Puck walked over and sat on the stool next to Michael. He gently cleared his throat and turned to Michael. "Hey I was wondering why people call you Blaize? That is your nickname right?" Puck averted his eyes away from Michael. "I was wonder. I am unsure if people know your real name so... I don't want to people looking at me like I am weird. Well even though I am!" Puck laughed softly and looked back into Michaels eyes.
