Behind the dirty lodging house is a great view of the East River, a few crates are scattered about for sitting...

Lucky yawned enthusiastically and scratched Boxer's ears. She'd finally managed to get home, though she wasn't sure how it'd gone for Smalls and Trigger. Boxer was entertained by the fact her hair was free so he could chew on it.
Leaning back against the wall, she wondered idolly what was going on, trying to sort everything out in her head and figure out what to do. Her cat kneeded at her thigh before he got comfortable in her lap. For the moment, she supposed there wasn't much she could do. With Spot locked up, they were, in essence, royally screwed. Smalls could handle things but, still. Honest to god.
"Damn."

Smalls came out the back door, immediately pulling out a cigarette and lighting it up. Seeing Lucky she gave a small nod, taking a few drags before she spoke. "Ya cooled down yet Lucks?" she asked with a small smirk, remembering how the other stormed out earlier.

Lucky looked over at her frined and smirked, "Yeah, I'm cool. And I didn't even have to soak anyone. Got snarky with a cop, but that's about it." She took out her own pack of smokes and rolled her eyes a bit, leaning against the building. Lighting up she took a long drag before she spoke again.
"What's the verdict, Smalls?"

"When Prince gives da woid we go ta Queens. It's dare headquarters an' where they kept me. Da plan is we soak 'em. Every last one." Grinning slightly she felt she could read her friends thoughts. "An' don't worry, Prince says her kids aint gonna back down alright? We got her woid an' it's good enough for me." She took another long drag on her cigarette, watching the smoke curl up from her mouth. "So, fah now, we jist wait."

Lucky took a drag from her cigarette and let out a sigh, shaking her head lightly. "I know Prince ain't gonna back down, but the fairies in that burough can't do much of anything, let alone take down some of the Racontuers. But, I trust Prince.. and any kid that doesn't stand, get's taken out.. just like the rest.."
Her mind shifted, she knew where Sneaks was, but, she needed to warn him. To keep Ace, or whatever the hell his name was, out of Queens. It really was the least she could do. She looked at Small a moment.
"This ain't gonna be pretty, Smalls." Especially without Spot leading the charge. She sighed and took a long drag. She rubbed Boxer's ears and smirked when he attatched to her hand. "But, then again, it never is."

Smalls nodded thoughtfully, letting what Lucky said just hang in the air. After a long silence she pushed her weight from the wall, turning to face her friend. "Nah it aint, but we make it through right?" Throwing her cigarette down she gave it a small smear with her shoe and, stuffing her hands in her pockets, she went back inside.

Lucky smirked a bit and lifted her cat into her arms, giving him a firm tummy rub she set him on the ground and tossed her hair over her shoulder. Finishing off her cigarrette she snuffed it out against the wall, watching Boxer attack any shadow he saw.
"This ain't gonna be easy, furrball," she said to her cat as he clawed his way back onto the crate. "But, I just hope I get to go to that party before Prince calls the charge. I'd really hate to be all banged up for that.." She laughed a bit, and nuzzled her furball.
She sat there a minute before she vaulted off the crate, her stomach growled and she smirked. It was time to scare up some food, snatching her kitten up she headed back into the lodging house.

*New Day*
Cap'n knew she was in trouble. Since stepping off that passenger train, she and her best friend had somehow gotten separated. She had tried to find her at the busy station, but it seemed like the crowd had just swallowed her pal whole. Cap'n decided to look around the area, starting in one place and somehow she found herself over some bridge and onto some docks and now here behind some dirty old building near a river. Tired and hopelessly lost, Cap'n sat down on one of the crates, wondering if leaving California was such a grand adventure afterall...

Smalls shoved the back door open causing it to bang against some crates. Pulling her torn coat tight she lit a cigarette, taking a long drag before even noticing she wasn't alone. Cocking her head slightly she approached the other girl, removing the stick from her mouth. "Beat it, dis heah is private property."

Cap'n startled at the loud banging of the door. She hadn't realized that people could actually live in that run-down looking shack behind her. Looking back, she saw a girl smoking a cigarette and telling her to beat it? Cap'n wasn't sure if she should be fresh or polite with this person.
"Hey it is a free country afterall..."

Smalls shook her head lightly, taking another drag on her cigarette before tucking it firmly between her lips. "Maybe I didn't make myself cleah." In one quick movement she grabbed the girl by the collar and slammed her against a stack of crates. Bringing her face within inches of hers she blew out a puff of smoke. "I said beat it."

Cap'n tried not to wince as she hit the stack of crates. She glared at this girl who dared to shove the former leader of the Cali girls. Nobody told her to scram like she was some kind of piece of trash. Cap'n wasnt going to take much of this for long. Angrily she shoved the girl back, "And I say you'd better not mess with someone new to this hell hole you call a home, got it?"

Smalls would normally be impressed with the girl's gal to shove back, but what she said had just crossed the line. Throwing down her cigarette she began to roll up her selves. "Nobody. An' I mean nobody, insults Brooklyn in front o' me an' gets away wit it."

Cap'n wasnt really looking for a fight...especially since she had no one to help her and clearly no clue where she was. She moved the beads dangling underneath her hat to the side and stared the girl in the eyes. "Look here girly, I aint from around these parts so how the hell am I supposed to know that I was insulting Brooklyn or where ever we are. Its been a long, hard day for me and I am not in the mood to be hurting people I just met."
