Fox grinned as he pulled himself further into the jacket. "Are you normally moody then?" She asked. She figured that Race and Blink were guys from his borough. She was really enjoying herself. First of all, glad that she wasn't alone all night, and second, she was having fun with Skittery. He was great. "Well," she continued. "If they doubt you were here then you always have me to help prove it!" She said happily, looking up at him. Now being warmed by not only the jacket but his body heat as well.

Skittery flared his nostrils - yeah, he walked into that one. "No, not normally.." When he continued his voice was a bit more mumbled , "jus' accused of being a bit pessimistic every now an' again." He huffed once then let it go; he was enjoying himself too much to get into a pissy mood just by thinking. He snickered "Guess you are da greatest proof of all"

Fox looked away momentairly. "Sorry, I didn't mean to bring it up." She looked back up at him. "You don't seem pessimistic right now." She said brightly. Her hands rested on his upper arms.

He furrowed his brow and use his index finger to gently push her chin so she was facing him. "You ain't got anythin' to apologize for... an' trust me I got my moments" he admitted with a shrugg. Slowly a little smile started to creep back onto his face and he started to fiddle with the sleeve of her dress innocently.

Her eyes were soft and bright as her gently moved her face to look up at him. She smiled. "Okay, well maybe I'll get to see that some day." She hoped that he didn't take it wrong, she just meant that she hoped that tonight wouldn't be the first as well as the last time that saw each other. She felt his hand along the sleeve of her dress. She finally gave up trying to not be forward and moved into a hug. Just relaxing there, her arms around his waist.

Skittery didn't flinch with Fox's newest move, rather he relaxed and wrapped one arm around her, his hand placed modestly on her back. With the other he pulled at the coat, making sure it wouldn't slide from her shoulders.
"So tell me Fox, are you normally so bold, or only when yer in costume?" He asked her grinning wildly. Though it was a shock he liked it this way - it saved him from a lot of stress, and inturn moodiness. It always took him awhile to build up enough courage to make a move, more because he was afraid to offend rather than nervousness.

Fox felt her cheeks flush. It was nice to know that he noticed and wasn't as dimsighted as she thought most guys. She smiled. "No, I'm not normally so bold. And I would say that it was my costume, but I think it actually has to do with you. "
She resisted looking up at him. She hoped he wasn't offended by her boldness. She shrugged lightly, feeling his hand on her back, none of the breeze entered the jacket as he held it in place. "I guess I just feel really comfortable with you. There's just something about you." She smiled softly, though he couldn't see it.

He raised an eyebrow as a smug little expression crept onto his face. Her strait forward attitude was incredibly attractive, he'd probably always know where he stood with her which would save him from the mental strain most men went through with women. "It's nice ta know I can have that effect on a woman" he half-joked with maybe a bit too much confidence.
With his palm, Skits added more pressure to her back, making sure she was as close to him as she would allow. With the few things she had said his confidence was boosted higher than ever but he didn't say anything. He just grinned.

She smirked and looked up at him, as best she could. "Yea, you defintely have the effect." She chuckled and felt the pressure on her back. She moved easily, relaxing her body, letting him move her until she could get no closer.
She snuggled her face into his chest for a moment, just taking in everything. She smiled, moving her hands from his arms to his chest. Partially for better comfort, partially just because she could. She moved her face to the side, laying her cheek softly on his body. "Skittery...will I ever you see you again after tonight?"

Skittery knitted his brow, her words again taking him by surprise. He craned to try and look at her face, maybe he'd understand it a little more. "What?" He asked abruptly, "Why wouldn't we?" He moved his hand from her back and gently grabbed on of hers.
"Even if I didn't want to - which I do" he cursed himself for his wording, " we're bound to run into each othah at least sellin' the World. An' we're neighbors." He huffed a bit feeling himself get a little over anxious.

She smiled softly, looking back up at him. "I just wanted to make sure that you weren't a guy who prefered the one night idea." She wrapped her fingers around his hand that had grabbed hers.
She paused and grinned lightly. "I want to see you again too Skittery." She blushed a bit but never took her eyes off of him.

Skittery could feel his anxiety start to settle. His smile was slight, absent of teeth but warm. "When I find somethin' nice I like ta hold on to it..." He ignored the coat now and let his hand fall to her waist and held it snuggly, just to accentuate his words.
A big toothy grin had overtaken his face now. "Ya know yer blushin'..again" He laughed as he pointed it out, knowing it would most likely turn her an even darker shade of red. But it was precious so he couldn't resist.

Fox couldn't help but like Skittery and was a bit surprised at how quickly it had happened. She smirked as he held onto her waste. She hoped he would always 'hold onto her'. She suddenly felt like she shouldn't get her hopes up, though she really liked him, she felt as if she shouldn't be thinking that far into the future.
She laughed lightly as he pointed out that she was blushing. And sure enough, it made her blush more. "Yea I know, apparantly it's something I do." She said smiling. She liked his smile, he was really cute.

Fox's red face was precious and Skittery could not resist smiling as big as possible. He looked at her for a few moments, his mind fighting over weather or not to do it or not. As he fought with himself his smile faded a bit, not being able to mask his emotions. "Ah hell.." he mumbled and quickly made his move. He moved his hand back between her shoulder blades and gave her a gentle push at the same time he leaned forward and gave her a kiss. He decided to compromised with himself and kiss her only on the cheek, not wanting to be pushy - although she was the one who initiated things to begin with. Afterward his face was more sincere, trying to read her emotion instead.

She watched him for a moment, the smile, then it faded. She wondered what he was thinking. She hoped it wasn't bad. She almost asked him when she heard him mumble . 'Ah hell...' she felt his hand between her shoulder blades, a small push then a kiss...on the cheek. She smirked and looked back at him. She bit her bottom lip lightly, still smiling. "Thanks." She stood on her tip toes and kissed his cheek lightly. If that was all he wanted then she would not push things too quickly. "You're so sweet Skittery." She smiled and rested back on her feet.
