<<new day>>
Spot sat at the table, hitting his cane against his chair leg as he waited for the others to show. The definitely had things to talk about.

Seemed as though Prince had beaten Jack, but she wasn't gonna complain. Tip-off had been comin' in like somethin' was on fire, and at the rate things were going it was all too possible. As Prince walked in the front door she saw Spot sitting at the table... none to happy. Was he ever? "Am I late?" Prince called with a smirk as she started walking towards the table.

Jack strolled into the room, his mood and face dark. "...I heard you wanted to talk, Spot. Well...I've been meanin' to come for a while. ...guess its about the Raconteurs." He sat down next to Prince, slipping his hand under the table to squeeze her hand a bit before returning his full attention to Spot.
"...what have they done in your burrough?"

Spot raised an eyebrow to Prince and Jack, but said nothing to their 'closeness', and answered Jack's questions.
"Yeah. Kidnapped Spot...recruitin' kids left and right...apparently kidnapped that Aria lady...what about your burroughs?" He sorted. "And what the hell is the deal with Ace?"

"Ain't hoid a woid from da Bronx... which I ain't likein' at all. I dunno what's up with him," Prince commented. "Far as what's been goin' on in Queens, one buildin' in particular has become quite da place, and it wouldn't surprise me if most of it wasn't only illigal but imoral." No doubt her father was involved. "I've seen kids around I ain't seen b'fore either... which must be dem recruits you was talkin' about. Beyond dat... an Ariannette... I ain't seen much." Her kids didn't seem all that interested in trading sides, which was a good sign to her.

Jack sighed. "...couple my kids have joined them...I know they have a place in 'hattan, but not much goes on their, I guess..." He thought back about Sweets and sighed. It troubled him.

This wasn't the best idea he had ever had. But he had done it, and now it was time to deal with it. Pulling his cap low on his head, Ace cleared his throat and opened the door, just standing there and looking at the three of them. One look at their faces and he knew they weren't going to be happy. Not that he blamed them in the slightest.

Spot stood up, looking at Ace. "What the hell you doing here, Cardoni?" He crossed his arms in front of him. "We don't welcome betrayers." Spot wasn't happy...not happy at all.

"You want Red back, Conlon?" He raised an eyebrow, looking at all three of them, "Im not defending what i did, but trust me, if you think im on those bloodsucker's side, i've lost faith in all three of ya." Pulling his cap off with one hand, he stuck in his back pocket, "Im not smart enough, nor fast enough, ta be a pickpocket, in any case. Or a murderer."

Prince smiled a little at that. She looked at the three boys each in turn before she stood up herself. "Might as well listen ta what he's gotta say, he ain't lied so far," she said with a slight shrug. Prince rested a hand on the fourth chair, the one that had been left empty. "Why dun cha take a seat Cardoni," she said as she pulled the chair out. Even if Spot wasn't happy about Ace showin' up Prince wanted the conflict resolved and these bad people out of power. Ace had a lot of information they needed. She wasn't going to turn it down.

"Thanks." Ace murmurred to her as he slipped around to take his seat, "I owe ya one." Scotting his chair in, he rested his elbows on the table and looked up at Spot. "What do you say, Spot?" He asked calmly. "We cant let this continue in our city."

Jack moved a bit away from Prince, looking at Ace. "...think its interesting how you keep doin' things and just expect to be welcomed back." Jack was with Spot on this one. He was still upset at Ace for lying and various sundry things. "You should have talked to us first."

Spot shook his head. "I don't trust ya, Ace. Ya betrayed me once, you're livin' with the scum now. I can get Red back meself." He sat back down, next to Jack. "...what makes ya think we should believe ya now?"

"I dont." He said simply, "There's no reason why you should, and i understand that. I shouldn't even be here, and im putting my life on the line to tell you where everyone is." He sat back in his chair, arms crossed lightly. "You can do with it what you will, but this isn't a game."
His thoughts went back to Nicholas and the gun and he bit his lip. "In any case....There is another reason why im here."

She looked at Ace for a moment. She trusted him... something about their backgrounds, maybe they just understood eachother, she didn't know why but they got along when they'd just listen. So, she knew what his other reason was. "Yeah... while ya gone, whose gonna take the Bronx for ya?" She didn't say if he didn't come back, simply while he was gone, as though he were on vacation.
