Lucky shook her head. "Guess luck wasn't favorin' either of us. I'm out." she flexed her fingers and leaned back in her seat. She couldn't remember having this much fun losing, ever really. There was so much more going on behind those flirting smiles that Isabella tossed out. And Sneaks was a character all on his own.

Isabela's smile went a bit stronger, and less flirtatious and a bit more genuine. "It's fun playing cards with you all, but I thinkI should be getting back to what I was doing," she said standing. "Do either of you have any ideas where a good place to dance would be? Around this area I mean," she added. Her spanish accent was still strong and evident. And now her flirtatious smile had returned.

Sneaks pulled out a cigarette, lighting it, and took a long drag before answering. "...not quite sure...but have you ever thought about working in theater? I know Ariannette over in Caprice Hall, or Medda here in 'hattan are always looking for talent.."
He started to pull the cards up again, shuffling. "...Glad you could play with us a bit, Isabela." He winked, rolling the cigarette from one side of his mouth to the other.

Lucky nodded a bit at what Sneaks said. "Yeah Isabella, I'll be over for dat lesson soon." She meant it honestly, she liked the girl a lot. "And speakin' of dancin'. Didja happen to see my hat?" she brushed her hair behind her ears and looked at her seriously. She loved that hat, it'd been her dad's. She was waiting for Sneaks to deal, thanking the gods of fate she'd finaly found someone to play with.

Isabela shrugged slightly. "I prefer working on my own schedule," she said with a smile. "Then I can dance and do as I like, but thank you for the suggestion." She by far and away preferred being with her brothers and doing fortune telling than only dancing for someone who will pay her for it.
"Oh, yes! Your hat! It's back at my tent, in Brooklyn. I'd be happy to return it to you," she said nodding. "Whenever you come by I'll give it to you."

Sneaks started to deal again, smirking at the two girls. He'd found two card partners...things were looking up, to be sure.

Lucky grinned, her face lightened up. She wasn't happy often but she was getting happier by the minute. It was wierd, she hadn't felt the need to smile since her dad had died. She waited for Sneaks to deal. "Thanks, I'll come get it as soon as Ise can get there. I keep gettin' side tracked by all da places ta eat.."

Isabela laughed at Lucky's coment. "That's alright, I'm sure I'll see you soon," she said nodding. "And you as well... Sneaks," she smiled at the both of them. "I have to get back to looking for places to perform. Hope to see you both again soon," she said waving. "And good luck with the cards," she added as she started walking away once again.

Sneaks nodded and waved back at Isabela before returning his attention to Lucky. "So...you seem to have my...penchant for cards..." He studied his cards for a moment, throwing out three, his face blank.

Lucky tossed out two and shrugged, she was more comfortable playing cards then doing anything else. Except eating. She was a pro at that. "It's all I got," she said looking at him. You couldn't really tell if she was focusing on the game, or the convorsation she was almost automatic in the way she moved.

Sneaks smirked. "...all us players of fate and chance have...I agree." He looked at his cards, watching her. "...Bet you were daddy's little girl." He waitied for her to lay her cards down.

Her expression didn't change as she layed her cards out. Flush. "I'd take dat bet. I've never been ashamed a dat," she said tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ear, watching him more closely now. "And I never will be."

Sneaks smirked. "Never said you should be...I am my father's son." He layed out his cards--a Flush as well, but his highest card was a Queen. "...Win for me." He pushed the cards towards her. "Your shuffle."

She took the cards and shuffled expertly watching him a moment before she nodded. Dealing out. "Honesty got my father shot in da back," he said tossing out three cards. "Yet I'm havin' a hard time no bein' his daughter more an' more lately." she arranged her cards and waited.

Sneaks picked up his cards, raising an eyebrow. "Honesty got my Father shot in the chest..." He tossed out one card. "...and I'd die for my honesty as well..."
Well...this was turning out interesting.
