She brushed the hair out of his eyes. She smiled, telling him that she was glad. She leaned forward and let her lips find his, gently pressing against him in a kiss filled with fire.

Avalanche kissed her back passtionately. He'd have to get used to being in a relationship again. He hadn't done it for a while... he just hoped he could stick around long enough. He had a habbit of running away. But he'd try not to. Maybe he really did love her... like he thought he did.

She bit on his bottom lip a little bit before pulling away. She smiled and looked at the ground. The rain had started to fall. "Gosh... this must look ridiculous..." she laughed as she remembered where they were...

He shrugged a bit. "Wull I dunno about that, but we're gonna catch cold if we's stay heah," he said with a smile. "Let's at least get someplace dry, alright?" he said to her with a smile. "We cain't go ta my appartment though, Cheater's probably sleepin'. Anywhere else close?" he said standing up to look.

She shrugged. "I dunno... Queens is out because Reds there...." she shivered slightly. "I don' mind catchin' a cold..." she teased, taking his hands. "Come on... lets just wander..." she said with a soft smile, she was in a state of total ecstasy, you could see it in her eyes.

"Wander? In the rain?" he said then shrugged. "Alright, which way shall we wander? That way, or that way?" he asked looking down the two directions of the sidewalk. To be honest, he didn't care, he was just rather happy to be with her.

She laughed. "Which ever way you wanna go..." she grinned up at him, her blue eyes twinkling in delight. She swung his hand back and forth a bit before turning her face towards the sky and letting the rain hit her cheeks. She smiled and closed her eyes, the rain slid across her skin gently. She loved it.

He smiled at her, and looked up at the sky himself, closing his eyes just like she was, and let the rain hit his face. "You know," he said, "this feels good," he said smiling, and tasting the rain. He then looked forward. "Come on, let's wander this way," he said laughing a little.

She smiled and took his hand. "I love dancing in the rain..." she laughed and walked backwards infront of him. "Its like it just washes away everything bad in the world..." she flashed that smile of hers and looked at him, her expression difficult to read.

He couldn't help but laugh a little. "Well, that's marvilous," he said. He spun her around once, then put one hand in hers, and the other on her waist putting them into a tango formation. "I learned this from some Spaniards when I went south," he said smiling. "It's really cool... but I could never do it much, beyond this," he said stepping forward. Though, he could do a little bit of the fancy stuff... just not much.

Dusty laughed and placed her hand on his shoulder. "Really..." she danced him around a bit. "I learned it from my great Uncle..." she smiled and stepped forwards to move him backwards a little bit. "He spent most of his freetime tryin' tah teach me how tah dance..." she but a certain amount of emphasis on the word tryin'. She moved closer to him and slid his hand down a bit further so that it rested on her hip. "Know how tah waltz?" she asked, her eyebrows raised as she spun them in the other direction, stepping in time to the music that played in her head whenever she moved through those four familiar steps.

"Of course," he said as he soon took the lead himself, and swept her gracefully down the side walk and practically lifing her feet of the ground. But he smiled at her as he held her close and lovingly. "After all... it's a dance every gentleman should learn."

She giggled a little as she danced with him. "But of course..." she smiled up at him. "So tell me... where did a gentleman such as yourself learn said dance?" she teased, holding him tightly.

"Lots of places... my muddah taught me, I perfected it over the yeahs. Gives a man somethin' to do with his time... meat interein' people... though you're by far my favorite partner so far," he reassured her with a wink and a smile as the two of them continued to dance down the sidewalk.

She blushed a little bit. "Like wise, Don Juan..." she teased, stopping them and putting her arms around him. "Your a better dancer than my brother thats for sure..."she told him honestly. Her brother was the worst dancer she had ever had the misfortune of encountering.
