She nodded and leaned her head on his arm. "Mmmhmm.." she was grinning and she loved seeing his smile. More liked hearing his laugh. "I told him a lot about you, he just said you better be what I say you are is all.. and not someone that is pretending.."

"Pretending...?" He didn't know how to pretend. "You don't have to worry about that." He had a hard enough time being himself these days, let alone trying to be someone else.

She shrugged and curled up against him with a small smile, Rori had no inhibitions. she was exactly what she was and what she thought, damn what anyone thinks they know about her. With a soft smile she looked at his face, watching for signs he may fib. "How are you doing? Really..."

Reid shrugged and ran his hand over his knee, "I'm fine." He really didn't want to get into it, he knew Rori would listen if he wanted to talk but that was never the way he was. He bottled everything up and it only came to the surface if he got extremely angry which didn't happen often. "So any plans to stick around?"

She knew that wasn't the case but she sighed and sat up, she really didn't want to sit up. A bed, oh glorious bed! She pet the covers before she leaned against the board and looked over at him. Something to be said about Reid Halliway. She knew he would only crack when he was pushed. She wasn't sure if that was strength or fear of losing control.
"Do you want me to stick around?"

He looked up at her and then pulled himself up into a sitting position and turned to face her, smiling. "I'd love it if you stuck around." His mood was so lighthearted when he was around her, she made him feel different and he liked that. He had missed her when she was gone and he would prefer if she stuck around.

She smiled back at him then nodded, "Alright then, I'll stay as long as you want me too.." It was the first time in a long time that Aurora had actually felt needed. Her life had never been easy but she'd never complained, new experiences were something she enjoyed and wanted.
"We'll make it an adventure.." she grinned and kissed his cheek before she laid back down and curled up into his bed. Maybe she should have thought more about what she did but she never regretted any of her impulsive actions.

"I guess you'll never be leaving again then," He laughed and smiled when she mentioned an adventure. She was so much like his brother just in a very attractive form and an older one as well, but she could lighten his mood and take away his pain with just a smile. When she kissed his cheek he blushed a bit and offered her a smile. "I'll let you sleep."

She reached up and caught his shirt as she tilted her head, looking up at him from the bed as she flashed him a smile. "You really mean it? You don't want me to go anywhere?"

He smiled widely and nodded slightly, "I mean it, Rori." It was more than just how carefree she was. He knew he had grown to have feelings for her even if he didn't know her that well. She was different than anyone he'd ever met and she intrigued him.

She smiled and bit her lip, such a cute action from such a bouncy girl. She tugged him a bit closer to her by his shirt and found herself drawing him closer. He meant a lot to her, even though they'd only spent that one day together. "I've never met anyone like you, you know.." it was true. No one would run around with her and take her hand on a whim. No one would share with her like he did, even though he didn't say it she could tell.

He smiled warmly as she pulled him in closer, his eyes automatically drawn to her lip when she tugged one into her mouth. He quickly pulled his attention away from them though when she spoke. It was amazing that she said that about him considering that that's how he felt about her. "I'd have to say the same, Rori."

She was grinning from ear to ear, like a satisfied cat that had just found itself in a cream truck. Rori didn't let go of his shirt but she held him there, watching his face as if she were anticipating something. You could never ask her what it was, she wouldn't know just that she was still waiting for something. "I'm glad.."
