"Golfin',wow I never tried."Jade walked into the store and gave the lady at the counter a smile,she waited for reeves and looked around.
jade put her locket in her pocket and waited for reeves to introduce her to the lady at he counter,he had waved to her earlier and he must know her.'If he likes her,then she must be nie.'Jade thought to herself.

Reeves smiled and stepped up to the counter with Jade, leaning back against it and saying, "Hey Miss Fran, how's it rolling, eh?"
Fran smiled and swatted her hat at Reeves. "Reeves, you little sport, ah i see you've got a lady friend today?"
"Yeah, this here is Jade, helped me today and kept me company. We got a dollar tip so I figured some ice cream was in order."

she looked around and really hated her accent right then.

Fran smiled and returned the words, "Nice to meet you, deary. Now we need to get you hard working kids some ice cream. Reeves, you just put that money back in your pocket boy, you know you're my favorite customer."
"Now what would you like, anything you want, Jade." Reeves asked, grinning.

"What ya gettin?"
"Vanilla please, miss," He smiled at Fran as she handed them two big ice cream tones, piled high with a sweet cold treat. Reeves handed Jade hers and guided her to a table in the back.
"I've been wondering, is Jade your real name?" Reeves asked curiously, taking a lick at his ice cream and smiling contentedly letting it melt in his mouth.

Reeves grinned and shook his head, "No, its me last name though. Seth is my name, Seth Reeves.
"My real name,ah i'se guess i'sell say.It's cass."
"Well that ain't so bad, a course I think Jade fits you better though. But Cass ain't so bad, eh Cassie?" He grinned at her and pulled on one of her locks of hair, playfully.

jade laughed and ruffled his hair."Yoah name aint so bad seth reeves."
She rolled her eyes and she heard fran laughing in the backround.
She took a lick of her ice cream and stuck her tounge out at him playfully.

He laughed as she ruffled his hair and stuck out her tongue at him. Jade was just so fun, he couldn't help but grin like a maniac this whole time. He had to admit she was very beautiful too, he had a bit of a crush on Jade, though he kept that hidden. He just liked spending a fun day for once.
He finished his ice cream in five minutes flat. "I beat ya, hehe."

she laughed and downed the rest of hers.She stood up and poked reeves in the shoulder,she looked at fran and gave her a smile,she smiled back and signaled her goodbye.S

she held the door open for reeves and herself and she walked along the curb with her arms out on either side,pretending it was a balance beam.She walked backwards a couple of steps and fell on her bottom.She blushed with embarrasement and laughed."Wanna help me up reeves?"She asked holding her hand up towards him.

He laughed and took her hand. "Ya better be careful, clumsey, when you get in the circus and become some fancy tight rope walker you don't want to fall like that," He joshed her, that wide grin still on his face.
"Hey uh, Jade? I was just wondering, if you want a nice supper, you could come over to me and my sister's apartment. Alice would probably really enjoy having company besides sore old me, and you could get a nice home made supper? it wouldn't be much, but Alice is a good cook."

He smiled adn shook his head. "Oh, I thought you'd wanna be an elephant."
He took her hand. "It's a bit of a walk from Fran's to the slums, but will be there soon enough. We're a bit late, Alice will probably be a little mad at me. She hates it when I'm late, don't mention the ice cream either."
He smiled and walked, kicking a rock and watching the sidewalk, keeping his hand in Jade's.
