Nodding he responded, "Seventeen years an' coutin'. Dun' worry though I can spare some time an' visit Caprice" His grin got wider showing off his somewhat neglected teeth.
Thats when it happened. He finally lost his balance and fell backwards, his weight breaking one of the chairs legs off. He got to his feet quickly, blushing violently, and saw the waiter poking out from the kitchen with a scowl. "Oh crap" He looked at Giselle, now brite red, "I don't have the money ta afford ta stick around for dis!" He pointed at his shattered chair, "Yer welcome ta join me..." He looked back towards the kitchen nervously.

Giselle looked mildly alarmed, but nodded. She left her dues and tip on the table and agreed. "Sure.. lets go" She said. She knew she wasnt right in doing so, but she also knew that she hadnt done it herself, which made it better. Ish. And this was one of the few friends she had, so she decided to stick with him.

Pie Eater gave her a small smile as he dug some change out of his pocket - yeah he was not going to pay for the chair, but the food he would. He tossed the coins on the table and hurried to the door, opening it for Giselle. The manager was on his way over to stop him and he beckoned for her to hurry.
((ack any suggestions where to go now?))

Giselle smiled and hurried out the door, then got out of the manager's sight, hoping that he (Pie Eater) was going to follow her. ((Hmm.. anywhere works. Do you want to stay in Manhattan or leave?))

Pie Eater followed her out the door and looked over his shoulder. A trolly was passing by just ahead of them. "Common I ain't comfortable bein' round here now..let's get outta here" He pointed to the trolly looked at her exspectantly.

Giselle nodded. They were, apparantly, on their way to the other side of town, nearer to Queens. "Want to go to Queens, then?" She asked with a slight smile. She was fond of where she lived.. she liked it better then Manhattan. Manhattan did, however, have better food.

"Sounds great" He grinned and led her to the trolley that had stopped to pick up a few passengers. He hopped on to the back platform and put out a hand to help her up as well. It would be nice to go to Queens, he never really ventured over there partly due to the distance partly due to his apprehension of Brooklyn.

"Thank you, your really quite the gentleman." She said as he helped her up on to the trolley. She was trying to decide where to go in Queens... sure, there were plenty of places to go.. now to decide. ((I'll just start another post on the beach place in Queens, if you would like to follow. ^.^))

Phoenix couldn't believe her luck, or lack there of. How she ended up in Manhattan was a mystery to her. But she figured that's what she got for daydreaming as she walked. Well, she thought. I might as well get somethin' ta eat while I'm heah. She made her way over to an empty booth and sat down, still a little annoyed.

*New Day*
Robbie stood off to the side, waiting for his first customers. He was brimming with energy, he had never worked a day in his life. He hoped that he wouldn't make a fool of himself.

Fame took a seat at her table, alone. She liked to come to Tibby's a lot, but it was too far for her to drag most Queens newsies to. She looked around for her waiter, trying to guess which one was hers.

Robbie smiled as a young girl took a seat at a table by the window. Gathering up a menu, he walked over towards her and put on his best smile, "Good morning miss, welcome to Tibby's!"

Robbie set down a menu infront of her. He pretty much had all the specials memorized for today, in fact he had been waiting so long he had managed to even remember them in latin. "We have a few wonderful specials this morning, would you care to hear them?"

She smiled and nodded, fingering the menu as she was about to read it, but then decided she wanted to hear the specials first. This kid was very enthusiastic seeming, and she'd never seen him around here before. "Yeah, that'd be nice." she said.
