Jennifer slid into the seat that was pointed out, getting comfortable as she thought over what the other said. "Yes....Me and a boy i met." She smiled softly to herself, as if remembering and going over it all in her head, before getting back to the task at hand. "General....I guess."

Isabela nodded with a smile. "First of all, that will be ten cents," she said as she began looking through her deck. She thought momentarily about pulling out hearts instead of clubs, but thought better of it and pulled out the ten and Jack of clubs. "Second of all, these cards are only going to represent you for this one reading. They don't represent you all the time, just this once," she said smiling to her, her ever wonderful flirtatious smile that she showed to everyone. "And third, in this case, I am just the messenger, you are the one who is to interpreate the message. I also do other readings as well. I do general readings, and readings that focus on a specific problem, so if you ever come back I'd be happy to do another one for you," she said. "I also can answer single questions at a time." She just... wanted to state that. So now that she was done shuffling she'd start laying out the cards.
She placed the ten of clubs on the far left leaving room for three cards inbetwen it and the Jack of clubs which she sat down on the right. First she laid 3 cards out direclty to the right of the ten of clubs. One to the right and above, one exactly to the right and one to the right and below. She then laid another three to the immidate left of the Jack of Clubs. One to the left and above, one to the left, and one to the left and below. Then between the two rows there was still room for one card to fit width wise, so she placed one card in the middle of the formation. All cards were face down when she began.
First she did the one to the right and above the ten of clubs. "This affected you in the past," she said as she turned the card over. It showed the Ace of Spades. "This card means power, meaning either your own, or someone elses, or some other power all together." Once again, she was just the messenger, offering ideas.
Next she did the card directly to the right of the ten of clubs. "This card is affecting you at the present time," she said as she turned the card over to show the three of hearts. "It means Oportunity," she said with a smile. "It could be a bad or a good one, and it may matter on whether or not you take the opportunity, or you don't."
There was one more card in this column. "This will affect you in the future." She turned the card face up revealing a seven of spades. "This card means humilliation. Now it could be your own, or perhaps the humiliation of another," she suggested, both of which seemed very possible to her. "Either way it will affect your future."
She then moved onto the column to the left of the Jack of clubs. The first one she would read was the one to the left and above the Jack of clubs. "This one affected him in the past." She turned the card over showing them the nine of spades. "This card means Arrogance. Very possibly his own, or the arrogance of another towards him affecting the way he acts today. Or perhaps a combination of both."
She then moved onto the card directly to the left of the Jack. "This card is affecting his life currently," she said. She turned over the six of clubs and set it face up on the table. "This means Innocence. He may be innocent now, or he may be pretending to be innocent," she said offering advice to her on what the card might mean.
There was still one more card in the column. "This card will affect them in the future," she said with a smile. She tuen turned over the card to show the ten of hearts. "This card means two things. One, it could mean a young woman of great emotion, or two, Isolation. He could be isolated from a group, or from some of his friends, or he could isolate someone else from his life," as she once again tryed to give helpful information.
The last card was the card in the middle of the formation. "This card will give us the resolution to the relationship between the two of you," she said looking at Jennifer. She turned the card over and found it was the king of hearts. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't be optomistic about this one. "This could mean two things. It could be a man of great emotion or... self-destruction. Perhaps... the self-destruction of someone else will bring you two closer together," well, okay, that wasn't that bad! Could have gone a whole lot worse. But still... not the best card.
"Do you have any questions about what I said?" she asked. If so, she'd gladly clarify.

Jennifer looked at the cards for a long minute, biting at her lower lip. Out of all of them, she absolutely hated that last card. Self-destruction. Of their relationship or...of one of them? Shaking her head slowly, she smiled hesitantly. "No....I think i have it figured out." She pulled out the ten cents and handed it to the other. "Thank you."

SlingShot waited outside for her turn. She didn't exactly know why she was here. She wasn't even sure if she believed in this but.... she wanted to know.

Isabela nodded to Jennifer. She picked up her cards and added them back in her deck as he started shuffling again. She stood up and walked around a little as she shuffled, using any random surface for somewhere to shuffle. She wondered if this would be another one of her busy days. Not that that was a bad thing! She liked those. She waited to see if someone else would come in soon.

Isabela, standing now infront of her table smiled at the newcomer. "Hello there," she said with a smile to Slingshot. "Can I help you?" she asked in her friendly and innocent manner that she so often had.

Isabela nodded in return and offered a chair to her. "What kind of reading would you like? For starters, do you want a specific question answerd, do you want a reading about you and someone or something else, or do you want a reading in general. Also, would you like to focus on material things, emotions, power, or perhaps just a reading ovre all?" She was asking her usual questions so she could perform the reading. Isabela was shuffling the cards as she did so as well.

Meanwhile while the gypsy was busy with her reading, a shadow covered the back of the tent, to descrete to be seen, as soon as it had come, the shadow was gone, as was a hat.

Isabella nodded as she looked through her deck to find the 10 of clubs. Once she found it she shuffled the cards a little more until she was satisfyed. She pointed to the ten of clubs that was sitting face up in the center of the table. "For this reading this card is going to represent you," she explained. "It doesn't represent you always, just for now. " She then started laying cards face down on the table. She laid down a row of three above the ten and then one card off to the right side and about half way down the row of three. She then laid down another row of three, the middle card in this row covering the ten of clubs. She laid down yet another card off to the side and half way down of the second row before she laid down another row of three below the other two rows. She set the remaining cards off to the side as she said, "the price for the reading is ten cents. I'll explain the placement and meaning of every card as I go along. I'll also try and offer ideas for what they could mean in your life and how they are siggnificant, but these are only ideas," she reminded her. And now she could begin. However, thorugh this whole time, she didn't realize that the boy had ever been there.
She started with the card in the upper left hand corner. She touched the back of it as she said, "This card opposed you in the past, it was against you," she explained as she turned the card over to show the King of Clubs. "This card represents Foresight. Seeing what's before you, what's to come," she said. "Perhaps in the past you've thought you knew what to expect, but maybe were almost too planned?" It was just a thought, she wasn't exactly sure.
She moved onto the next card in the first row. "This card affected you in the past. This could mean either positively or negatively," she said. She turned the card face up showing them the two of clubs. "This is the card of simplicity also called the circle. Perhaps things were simple at one time, perhaps you wished they were, but something in your life has been simple, and it affected your life," she said offering suggestions yet again.
There was still one final card in the first row over on the right side. "This card assisted you in your past," which meant that it was helpful to them. She turned over the card showing the five of clubs. "This card means reflection. It means that you've refelcted on what you've done, thought about it." She hoped she was being helpful to the girl.
"This card," she said pointing to the card that was on the outside of the other rows, and half way between the first and second row, "is the transition between the past and present." She turned over the four of hearts. "This card means Inspiration. It could be inspiration for anything, and it seems you recently experienced some." She always thought inspiration was a good card, she liked it.
Next was the card to the far left in the middle row. "This card is opposing you at the present time, right now this is against you." She turned the card face up to show the ace of Clubs. "This card means spirituality. You may be starting towards an unatainable goal, or perhaps a goal you think is unatainable. Or perhaps you think you can get it, but you cannot."
She next went to the middle card in the second row that covered the ten of clubs which was currently representing Slingshot. "This card is affecting you at the current time," she said as she turned the card on top of the ten of clubs face up showing them the Queen of Diamonds. "This card can mean one of two things. It could mean a woman of material wealth, or it could also mean Vanity. Remember, because of the way this card is laid it could be affecting you in a positive or negative manner."
There was one last card in the middle row. "This card is assisting you at the current time," Isabela said. She then turned over the card: the nine of spades. "This is the card of arrogance. Being arragant and full of oneself." Ironic that this one and the vanity card should show up one right next to the other. "However, it is assisting you, so it's a good thing," she reminded her.
"The next card is the transition between the present and the future," she said as she ponited to a card that was half way between the second and third row. It was the four of diamonds. "This card means Charity. It could be money, or it could be time, or other things as such," she said. It didn't nessisarily have to be money, or even material possessions, though they were the most likely.
She then moved onto the the row representing the future, the unknown. First she did the left hand corner. "This will oppose you in the time to come," she explained as she turned the card over. It was the Jack of clubs. "This could mean two things. One, it could be a very smart young man, or it could mean Shame. And because it is against you, it's probalbly not meant to be a positive thing."
"Next is the card that will affect you in the future," she said, indicating the card in the middle of the second row. She turned the card face up to reveal the ten of spades. "This card is the defeat card. Now, keep in mind that this card will affect you in the future, could be in a good or bad way." Her mind drifted back to the girl who had talked to her she remembered this card from the reading. "Defeat doesn't have to be a bad thing. Through defeat could come countless blessings, you can learn a lot from losing, even more so then from winning.
There was one card left, in the future row. "This card will assist you in the future," she said pointing to the card in the right hand corner. She turned the card over to show the six of diamonds. "This card means Anxiety. Remember, this is a positive thing," she reminded her. Isabela wasn't sure how it would be a good thing. Maybe it would get her motivated to get something done? Sounded possible to her.
Now that all the cards were face up on the table Isabela smiled. "Do you have any questions?" she asked with her sweet smile.

SlingShot listened carefully to her reading. Most of the things certainly did apply to her. She bit her lip. Arrogance? She was trying to remember if there was a time that came into play. Also.... the defeat card worryed her and made her want to second guess her decisions. She nodded slowly at Isabela. "No. Thank you very much...." she said quietly. She pulled ten cents out of her pocket and left the tent, mulling over her reading.

Flanna walked quietly into the tent, pulling an overlarge coat about her small frame. It clearly wasn't hers.
She knew she wasn't suppoesd to be out, but Wolf had left her, and Razor seemed to disappear for much longer than he was suppoesd to. So she...she just had to get out. To risk it...and hope her sanity held.
"Excuse me, can I have a reading?" Her large emeraled eyes glimmered a bit. "If you have time, that is."

Isabela looked up from the table from where she was clearing the cards from her previous reading for SlingShot. She added them back into her deck and started shuffling instantly. "Have a seat," she said motioning to the chair across the table from her. "I have pleanty of time. What kind of reading would you like? Do you want to focus on a specific question you have, do you want a reading for a relationship between you and another person, or would you just rather have me do a general card reading?" she asked as she shuffled the cards.
