She smiled. "Well, in times like this, we're gonna need him, maybe he'll need the newsies to help him this time." Fox shrugged lightly.

Flick nodded. Thats what he thought to, because if what he suspected was going on, it seemed like he would need at least of few of his devoted newsies to help. He could be wrong but he would find out more about what was going on. Maybe another leader would tell him. Flick stood up and looked at Fox, "I've got ta go." Smiling as he hurried to the door he said, "See ya around Fox."

She smiled lightly as he left. "Ya, see ya." She turned back to Lukas. "So, what's up with you?" She rested her elbows on her knees and her chin in her hands.

***New Day***
Flick quickly ushered Fox into the lodging house. They were soaked or at least he was, he couldn't actually tell because Fox was still under his coat. He shook himself trying to get all the excess water off, but realized that it was pointless. "Ya didn't get too wet did ya?" He asked looking over at Fox.

Fox quickly entered the lodging house from off of her head. "No, not too bad." She was still wet but not nearly as wet as he was. "Are you okay?" She asked, hoping he wouldn't get sick. She handed his coat to him.

She nodded. "Yea I'm fine." Her hair clung to her neck where it was wet. She nodded again. "Alright," She wanted him to get dried first but didn't want to waste time either by trying to convince him. "I'll be right back." She smiled softly and hurried up the stairs. In only a few minutes she was back downstairs, now wearing clean, dry clothes, her damp hair pulled back. "Okay, now you go and change....please." She added, not wanting to sound demanding.

Flick smiled down at her as he stood up from the coach, which was wet where he had been sitting. "Alright," he said as he went up the stairs. It didn't take him too long to get changed and he came back down with two towels in his hands. He placed one where he had been sitting while he was wet and the other he used on his hair. "So, what do ya wanna do?" He asked as he looked up from running the towel through his hair.

She folded her legs underneath her as she down on the couch, she gave a small smile at him. "Let's play a game!" She said! "A question game! I ask a question about you, you answer honestly, then you get to ask me a question."

Flick shrugged sitting down on a chair across from her, "Alright, den ask away. Though I can't promise I'll be able to answer all your questions." He looked her in the eyes as he waited for her to ask a question.

She looked at him, her eyes half serious half playful. "Okay," she hesitated. "Did that kiss mean anything?"

Flick thought about it for a minute, because that was a question to carefully consider. "It meant somethin', I just don't know what, yet. If dat answers your question."

She nodded lightly, she had had many bad experience with men/boys and she was tired of being tossed around like a doll. She didn't deserve that. She smiled gently. "Okay, your turn."

Flick leaned back in his chair and looked at her carefully. "Why'd ya wander instead of just stayin' here and livin' your life?"

Fox looked down at the ground. "For a lot of reasons. I usually have no reason to stay, and things go wrong...it's just. People eventually start to take...advantage of me." She shrugged, still looking at the ground. "So, I've never found a place that I've wanted to settle in. Eventually I started moving from place to place before I ever got attatched."
