"Yeah. Sorry." Lightning said quickly. He decided to put Mayhem in the back of his mind and talk to this person.

"Yeah." Lightning said bighting his lip. "A friend."
He sat down on the couch and looked down at the floor. Thoughts were no longer whizzing through his head. Instead, tiredness had begun to sneak in there. He laid his head back trying not to fall asleep.

"Yeah. About 17 years now." he said grinning at his own joke. "Or do you mean in Bronx? 'Cause if you meant in Bronx, den I would say I been hea' about a month. Jus' got hea' from a boardin' school in Sippy." he said. He yawned "So you been hea' long?" he asked.

Phoenix snickered at the boy's rather corny joke. "I been heah 'bout sixteen yeahs." she winked at him, smirking. "But I on'y just got to New Yawk. Came all da way from Oregon."

Flick leaned back against one of the huge chairs in the main room, relaxing. He'd heard that Ace was back and was glad that he was, he just hope that those rumors were true. He brought his hands up behind his head and closed his eyes, asleep before long.

Delaney walked into the room and looked around. She decided she wanted to do Aura a favor and look for this boy she seemed to be so fond of. All she remembered was that he might've been from the Bronx and a newsie. Her eyes stopped on a young boy who had been sleeping on one of the couches and thought maybe he could help her. She walked over and shook him lightly, trying to wake him up.

He murmured something that probably wouldn't make any sense to anyone, unless they were really close. Batting away the hands that were disturbing his sleep he turned over a bit trying to make whatever it was that was bothering him leave him alone.

Delaney sighed, blowing a piece of hair from her face. She tried shaking him again, this time a little rougher.
"Have ye heard 'f some guy that goes by the name Flick?"
She wasn't sure if he could even hear her, but it was worth a try.

"Wha' ya wan'?" He mumbled sleepily since the girl decided that she just had to wake him up. He opened an eye but quickly shut it as the light pierced his eye, blinding him. Bringing his hands up to his eyes he rubbed them before slowly opening his eyes to look at the girl enough to be polite , but he wasn't to happy about being shaken awake from his nap.

Delaney smiled, pleased that she had found him so quickly.
"I'm trying to..." She paused. She searched her mind for the word, but nothing came to thought.
"Reunite, for lack of a better word, a friend with this guy...I mean you. She seems to care an awful lot about you and I think it would be good for her to see you again."

Flick raised an eyebrow, "And who are ya talkin' about?" He didn't know this girl that was sure and he didn't know who the heck she was talking about. "Who are ya anyways and where ya from?"

He looked at her as if she was crazy when she said she was from 'hattan. It took him a moment to register everything else she said. "Aura?" He didn't know what to say, he hadn't seen her since she told him to get lost, which he had, though he'd always kept her in the back of his mind. "I...," he didn' t know what to say. "Um, what did ya wake me up foh exactly?"
