Peem's family lives in a small two bedroom apartment: one room for his parents, one room for himself and his younger brother Davey. The living room is combined with the living room, which is small but comfortable. Outside is a fire escape, leading to the other apartments and the ground below. They live in the 6th floor in a 10 story building.

Peem slipped into his apartment. "Mom, Davey...I'm Home! I brought our fave Brit with us!"
Davey, a small boy of 8 appeared out of one bedroom, his hair a lighter brown than Peem's but just as unruley. "P!" He smiled and ran over to hug his brother, and then looked up at the tall Blaize, his eyes wide as saucers. "...oooooo." He put out his hand. "Davey Hendry, pwease ta meetcha!"

Blaize grinned as he shook the other's hand. "Its nice to meet you Davey. The name's Blaize." He looked over at Peem, a sparkle in his eyes. "P here was overdue in introducing us, I think."

Davey nodded and smiled. "Well, I was sick for a bit." As if to prove that point he coughed, but it sounded like an afterthought of the sickness not the star of a new one.
"I know who you are, B!" He was in the habit of shortening names. Turning to Peem he jumped up a bit. "Mum went to get food." He narrowed his eyes for a moment, then they widened and nodded. "I guess its okay for you to stay B?"
As if he was the master of the house.

Blaize smiled, unable not to. "I promise to behave....well....I promise to behave as long as your brother promises to behave." He couldn't help but chuckle a little at the shortening of his name.

Davey shook his head and clung to his brother's leg. "No...my brother always behaves. He is the best!!" He smiled adoringly up at his big brother.
"Ach, ya wee bairn." Peem smirked and ruffled his brothers hair. "..want some hot cocca before dinner?"
"Please P?!"
Peem laughed and nodded/ "But of course...Blaize..want any>?"

His eyes soft when he looked at the brothers, Blaize nodded. "Please. If its not any trouble." There was a small smile on his face, too. He had always wanted a little brother.

Peem smirked. "Okay...Davey, me darlin' bairn..go entertain Blazie, okay?" HE went over to the kitchen to make three coccas.
Davey nodded smartly and grabbed Blaizes' hand, and pulled him to the couch. "...want to see a card trick?" He pulled out a pack of cards from a drawer, seemingly excited to have someone new to show a trick to.

"Sure." He sat on the couch, watching the youth with the cards. "I'd love to." He wasn't too good with cards, of any kind, but once in a while he would luck out. Besides, he enjoyed watching.

Davey smirked and spread the cards out. "Picka caard...any card!" He looked utterly serious.
Peem, in the background, rolled his eyes. Oh goodness...

Blaize had an amused look on his face, "Any card?" He reached out and picked up the nearest one with a flick of his wrist.

Davey nodded and pointed to the pack. "Put it back in!" He closed his eyes. "I wont look!" And he meant it. He never cheated.

Blaize stiffled a chuckle as he slid the card back in, hands back on his lap as he said, "Okay. Now what?"

Davey, with a big flourish, pulled out a Ace of hearts. "This IS your card!!" His smile was big and wide. He knew he was right.
